All the 5 members have got together on 12th August at the hospital after Big Bang DaeSung got into a car accident on 11th August.

A Big Bang representative said, “Big Bang members GDragon, TOP, SeungRi and TaeYang went to visit DaeSung at the hospital in Seoul. The members were worried about DaeSung.”

The rep added, “The truth is that the Big Bang members had wanted to visit him late last night, but DaeSung was receiving diagnosis yesterday. So they only came today.”

ah watching GD in the recording studio totally enjoying the process / feeling the music / smiling so much...it cheered me up.
at the same time, i feel for him even more, because this solo album obviously means the world to him.
GD, along with a great team supporting him, worked HARD for it! and he is proud and happy.
to hv ppl (after listening to mere snippets) dismiss and mercilessly criticize smth which
you are genuinely proud of and hv worked hard for...is horrible.
not smth most ppl can endure.
i know GD will get through it though, because he is strong enough and has so many ppl there for him =]

yeah i too love that GD feels every single beat in a song,
and has really expressive gestures to go along with them.

that shows just how flippin well he knows bigbang songs / his own songs (from participating in the actual production),

I've just listened to "Leader" for the very first time....aaaaaaaand, what can I say----that song rocks. My favourite so far. It has such a neat melody, nice beat and his voice fits really well. Kinda reminds me of "V.I.P." for some reason. Not to say that it sounds alike, but the style seems to origin from it.

Good one.

Another thing I liked, the little moves and gestures GD did while performing the song. He´s earned some points on my list for that for sure.

i answered it so people would read it. People use the word netizen on the internet like they aren't a part of it.
ok maybe not 'attacking', just hating on them for having an opinion relating to their own taste.
i don't get how their arguments are invalid? sure things get stretched, but i could argue something like 'fans opinions of GD are invalid because they love him regardless', but no. i respect that people like him and his music and that he's trying to build a solo career.

and i dont think netizens go out and search for these things (unless they're antis, and if thats the case, why do you bother reading what they write?). a lot of times i think the people are honestly fans of the artist involved. i know a lot of GD fans picked out the Flo Rida thing because they listen to Flo Rida. They didn't search for it.

Their arguments are invalid because why would they accuse GD of copying from Flo-Rida when "Right Round" is not Flo-Rida's original work to begin with? Why would they accuse GD of plagiarising "With You" and then withdraw that accusation when the fact that he didn't compose it surface? How are anti-netizens valid? Antis are invalid, for the most part. It's their life to go out of their way to make lives of the artists and fans miserable.





Anyhow. I really like "The Leader." I wonder why it was ever listed as "What's Up" in the first place.I like how GD's rap plays off "Gee." The next thing you know, Korean netizens could be discussin' how he's ripping off SNSD. LMAO.

Don't believe it then. Lol. I don't think "The Leader" sounds like Snoop's song at all. The only thing similar is the snares, but even that is just reachin' now. I can hear the similarity between GD & Dead Or Alive's for "Heartbreaker" but I can honestly say "Drop It Like It's Hot" did not even pop up into my mind at all. People need to stop trying to rain on GD's parade cus I know when his album drops like it's hot, all them haters are going to be secrety jammin' to his tracks. Tch.
