This has got to be the most hilarious take on nobody ever! i just ran across this video and i cannot stop laughing! i researched if these guys are real prisoners and turns out that they are! that's wicked!!!!! awesome!   ^the inmates dancing to another song, i don't knw what!  so these guys does dancing seriously! edit: okay so i googled more and these prisoners evn have their own wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cebu_Provinci...litation_Center QUOTE Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center is a maximum security prison in Cebu, in the Cebu Province, the Philippines.
