^ LOL!

I'm not even exaggerating when I say this performance was AMAZING!!!
Seriously blown away by it.. The confidence, charisma, everything just looked
perfect.. Our Leader and Gayoon shined a LOT... I'm sooo pleased...What I like
is the fact that they seem really at ease with their concept.. Does not seem
forced, they just fit it well. It's really hard to carry such a vibrant image, I think
they are succeeding.

their inkigayo performance was really good!
and i'm glad they changed it up a bit with jihyun's split at the end (damn, that girl is flexible!).
i'll make gifs of this performance later, lol, i wanna capture that split !

oh man that performance, wow! had my eyes glued on the screen, and it was very noticeable how GaYoon got alot of screentime which was great for me ^^ heheh



hahah so maknae SoHyun's birthday is coming up in August 30th yeah~~ *puts on party hat* and ive been wondering if we should do a little birthday project for her o.o at the 4-Minute forums we have begun discussions for one, if we should or should not have one, since her bday is 2 months and 2 days away, so we would like the input of all 4Minute fans to unite together and see if we could make something happen ^^

Interviewer : It's nice to meet you.
Interviewer : So, your team's name is 4minute. I think it means 4 minutes. What is the meaning of the name?
Jihyun: It means that we can capture the hearts of people in 4 minutes with our charms. It also means that at four minutes, we will try to show our best appearances.

Interviewer : Because you're a new group, we don't really know much about all of you. Can you please tell us a little about yourselves?
Jihyun : 20 years old. I'm the leader, Jihyun Nam.
Hyunah : It's nice to see you. It's been a long time. I'm the force and rapper of 4minute, Hyunah.
Jiyoon : Hello~ I'm the charisma of 4minute. 20 years old. I'm Jiyoon.
Gayoon : Hello. With a charming voice, I am the main vocals of 4minute. I'm Gayoon Heo.
Sohyun : Hello, I am the cute one in 4minute. 16 years old. Sohyun Kwon.

Interviewer : Hyunah, with your position in 4minute, you sparked the interests of many people. After you left Wonder Girls, they started becoming really popular. Do you regret leaving them?
Hyunah : It's not that I "regret" it. I'm very grateful that they did well. I have many good memories being with them. I'm going to bury those deep in my heart now and try to start again with 4minute.

Interviewer : Another thing that I'm curious about is-- Why did you leave WG?
Hyunah : That was when I was 15 or 16 and I was very greedy. Even though I had many health issues, I just ignored them and went on with my activities and busy schedule. So after a while, I grew weaker and I became very sick. Even though I left inconveniently, I'm very healthy right now, everyone! Please support us and watch over us.

Interviewer : There are many girl groups right now-- particularly those around your age. What forte do you have that makes you different?
Jihyun : Our particular forte is that we stand out and we're very funky. Our five colors combine and create a very cool appearance on stage and in our performances. In four minutes we can reveal our charms. I think that's our strong point.

Interviewer : If you did a 5-minute song, then we'd be in trouble.
Jihyun : Up to 4 minutes and 44 seconds is okay.

Interviewer : Then the last 20 seconds is a problem.

Interviewer : Nowadays, there are many dances that are easy for others to follow. What specific choreo points like that do you have in "Hot Issue"?

Interviewer : So, your debut song is "Hot Issue". Please tell us more about it.
Gayoon : It has a fashionable 80's funky rhythm. We mixed in our own funky style and it became "Hot Issue".

Interviewer : You just started promoting your song but we are looking forward to many things.
HA : So that we can always capture the fans' hearts, we'll try to show a prettier, more charming, and cooler appearance. Thank you!

just a random thing i noticed:

how come they changed up the dance moves? like the first part, they point to their head > shoulders > hips. then the second time, they're supposed to poke their cheeks and then do the hair-behind-the-ear thing? but they changed it back to the head & shoulders move.

No one is perfect and it's just a teeth she can go to her dentist to change it unlike face surgery(noticable).

to me, jiyoon has the best potential for this group. how come she's always wearing shades? lol, she's pretty she should let the audience see her eyes during their performances. hehe.

It really mess up the performance.
