Do you like Avril Lavigne's Songs?

As much as I didn't like her wannabe-punk-rock image, I still liked her songs a lot. They were catchy. I'm glad she cleaned up and isn't an angsty teenager anymore.

^i agree with the comments above. i feel similar as well. i think its her presentation that effects her songs. i mean if she first debuted with a different image, i think more people would admit that her songs are catchy. i don't think she's all that talented personally. from what i can judge, she sounds awful live.

She's a good singer, and I'm glad that she's not a wannabe punk anymore!^_^ And I love that she has become a more mature lady. I like her songs, alot! And I love singing along with them! I love the fact that she writes her own songs, plays the guitar, and DOESN'T lip-sync. She's a really nice girl!

Her songs... I admit... are VERY catchy.

Yeah I like Avril Lavigne.
But I think maybe I've kinda grown out of her songs.

I mean, like one time I remember I was watching MuchMusic or something like that and she was gonna be on, and it was almost all 12 year olds there screaming her name. So yeah.

Yes her songs are catchy, and it's really cool how she writes them herself, but she can't really sing well live.

I love her new song. need to hear it more.

But yeah. I do like her songs.

I think they're okay, but after her most recent songs, i could tell she make up a song up by using words that rhyme and try to make something out of it...So they're a little cheesy at times.

I haven't paid much attention to her newest, newest works... but her Under My Skin album was really great after her debut. I felt that she delivered well in lyrics and music. It was strong enough to give way to feeling to the listener, so all was well. (: I like Avril's songs.

I like her songs. I have lots of them in my player. =)
