FYI, 예쁘다 is the correct way to write it but 이뿌다 is accepted in most areas too. I think it's Seoul dialect, but it possibly could have originated from neighboring province.

Hi,I was just wondering what "nuguseyo" means?
Also with the phrase "I'm sorry"..there seem to be a few ways of saying it "miende" "mienhamnida" ect.
I'm not too sure whens the appropriate time to say it is.
Also there are some other simple phrases that I would like to learn
Such as:
-what time is it?
-Goodnight
-Goodmorning...or can you still you "anyeong hasae yo" here still.
-do you miss me?
-maybe

^ Oy, I missed the 'romanized' part. But first, you'll notice I romanize differently from most of people here (look at post #1611). Do you want that kind of romanization (McCune-Reischauer) or the official way? (AKA the fugly, wierd version)

I got it from a video of Kangta and Vanness duo. 건호 is Vanness's name in Korean.
I get what it's saying (Don't be surprised that 건호 is......) except for the "안보인다" I tried to look that up at both Korean yahoo and Naver, but no luck.

I always have the problem of deciding which type of speech to use for people.. because english lacks that type of stuff....
so for instance, last night i was with my close friend and her parents, and her parents talk to me in korean and i respond in english(i know about as much korean as they know english)
i would have like to test my korean out, but i was worried about
-which politeness to use...? (close friend, but the first time that i met her parents)
-what do you call them? i felt like 아줌마&아저시 might not be 'polite' enough.. are do you say "##의 어머니" or #선생님 since he's a professor? and #선생님의 부인?

You should speak to them politely. Technically, you should even speak to your parents politely, but that doesn't happen a lot. lol
And it's OK to call them 아줌마 and 아저씨. If the dad's a professor, you could call him 교수님, but honestly I'm not sure. He's not
your professor, so... Hmm.

haha, I think they mean "areubaiteu" or some romanization like that. It's a German loan word koreans use for "part time job". They want you to work and pay off the food you ate j/k
