but it's pronounced Ahn-Tony because Korean doesn't have dipthong sound (th).

well you can say it's 안토니 or 앤토니 depending on how you would want it pronounced.
the first one you say 'ahn - toh - nee' and the second one 'an - toh - nee' where the 'an' sounds like the 'an' in 'ant'.(:
