chu moon?
주문: a magical spell
the word seems pretty irrelevant though

really? that's cool. the more common word 주문, which she's probably referring to, means an order. like when you go to pizza hut in korea and the waiter asks 주문하겠습니까?

ok...so for verb endings or whatever, why is 'blah blah haN da' used? why cant you use just 'blah blah hA da'? or is it the same thing, except that '...han da' is a contraction of ha+nun??
and what is 'pul' used for?? like...'sthsth pul kae'? is it for a request or sth? argh....i kno what im talkin abt but i dont have a good example right now...

"blah blah han da" can be roughly translated to "I'm _____ing"
(Sorry I don't have my Korean font turned on and I'm lazy)
gong-boo handa (gong-boo = to study) is I'm studying
but "handa" isn't used all the time to say "I am ______ing". There's many other ways that are only used with some words. It's really hard to explain. Like to say "I"m eating" isn't "muhgeon handa". It's "muhgeonda" which is your 2nd question. So it really depends on the verb.
Need an example. because I'm understanding "sfasdfsfd pul kae'?
"... jul lae?" is a request
"... hal kae." is I'll do ......
actually, the 한다 versus 하다 distinction isn't that hard. you use 한다 for action verbs like 간다 or 만든다. you use 하다 for passive verbs like 피곤하다 or 미안하다.
it means the same thing as saying 가 or 만들어 or 피곤해 or 미안해 except it uses the the +다 construction. it does kind of indicate that it's happening now, but eh.. whatever. i wouldn't exactly translate it to the -ing ending because there's a specific form for that +고 있다/고 계시다.
i'm guessing pul means 볼. i can't understand romanization, so that's my best guess. anyway, it means you're going to try doing something, i.e., 먹어볼께 (i'll try eating that). i guess it kind of has a hint of apprehension, but you're going to do something anyway. was that what you were asking for, bekkii?
