I love the Canto slangs. Haha.

I downloaded the album from ZD (general fileshare if you're wondering).

So what do you guys think? I'm not much of a "hip hop" expert but imo the beats are pretty hot and some of the lyrics ARE HILARIOUS.

track 3 features daniel wu. track 10 features ken oak.

edit. some of the tracks aren't that great. it's pretty good for a canto album but i think even korean hip pop sounds better. could it be the fact that i can't understand Korean? or just cause jin isn't all the great?

The track with Daniel Wu is REAALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY annoying though. ish.

I don't know, but there's something about Jin that I like, maybe cos of the use of Canto slangs in his songs LOL

Edit: I'm listening to the first track ABC, omg, you're right, it's hott. Although I'm laughing at the chinese slangs, a lot of it talks about him, his childhood and stuff...pretty cool, HAHAHA

the only problem i have with this album is his canto accent. i think this album could've been better polished if he had a more native canto accent, because what i found annoying was that his rap felt choppy. if he had been more used to canto, he could've possibly been able to slur some of the words better... and it is hard to rap in canto, especially for an ABC like him, so i do give him props for that. otherwise, i think he should stick with english rap. and i think i'm the only that enjoyed "HK Superstar"... mostly because of the lyrics. if you can understand it, you will probably get a good kick out of it.

yeah, his cantonese needs to be smoother..it's choppy haha.

I'm a fan of Jin...I loved him on BET freestyle Friday's...so I downloaded this album and it's hilarious lollllllll.

I'm only on track #3, the beats are not bad so far but he says some really funny things.

ABC hai ngoh hai ngoh! and LL says momma gon knock you out. and the Daniel Wu thing is pretty funny too heheh.

wasnt there a topic on this already?? anyway i lovve jin and this album is funny!! my canto is pretty crap so i cant understand everything, but what i can understand is pretty funny=P i LOVE the hk superstar track!! the only thing is that his beats are pretty generic/borrowed, but he rhymes really well..

love the "yum dom cha" track. mannn!

listen to the whole thing and i don't now whether to like it or not. The lyrics and hilarious but some were bordering on the stupid side e.g. the instant noodle song - the chorus was basically 'i'll cook you noodles'...rightio then...and HK Superstar - Daniel Wu was probably the msot annoying part of the whole song...

some of the lyrics, however, i and probably many other ABCs could relate to e.g. 1997, ABC...

His Cantonese is kinda funny.
It has a heavy English accent.
