I think with indoor lighting, it's a lot more toned down (much darker), but it's definitely NOT natural looking.

.. yet I still like them. Maybe they're ok cos I have light skin

Oh my gosh, SweetSerenity, those lenses are absolutely beautiful on you!! I've been looking at the brown ones for a while but never really acted on it, but now that I see them on you I'm totally motivated! Hehe ^^

and lovinhyesung, those are beautiful. and your freckles are so cute ! lol. i was wondering if i could use your picture as a sample of those contacts on a different thread? i`d just cut the strip of your eyes tho so your whole face wouldn`t show. ^^;;

oh, and one more thing.. besides tuttie and G&G and bescon.. what other brands are really popular or know? and what do you guys think is most comfortable?

can any one with experience PM me telling me what i should do b4 wearing them? and after wearing them?

i'm gettin the superstar blue

You should soak them in solution before you wear them.
Natural but attention catching.. Tuttis? I like my Tutti grey, they look dark in room lighting and in the sun they're definitely eye-catching.

Saw this in the Thai ladyboy thread.. Geo Nudy Brown anyone? Apparently Geo Nudy lenses are really popular in Thailand huh?

i ordered the black today, i tried it... and it didnt really make it look that much bigger
but im thinking... maybe the brown vivid would look better...
has anyone tried both that can give me some option??

I have a question for those circle lens users, after your lens has been opened from the sealed jar, does the 1 year expiry date apply only after everytime you wear it or it just expires 1 year after the lens is opened? So say, I open it and wear it very seldomly, can I still use it more than a year since I am not wearing it day after day? Because I ordered 9 and I want to try them all out but I don't know if that would be a smart idea opening all of them since each lens expire for 1 year..

Also, regarding changing the solution, do I have to do it everyday even when I don't wear it on that day or must I change the solution after I worn it that day?

Oh and last question, this is a really dumb question haha but I'm going to ask ahead anyway. How do you guys take your pictures of your lens with flash on? Do you look directly into the camera? Because wouldn't that blind you? LOL

And lastly, thanks for taking the time to read and answer my questions

I think the countdown for the year just start once you opened it. So, it'll still count even if you don't wear it. But I'm just guessing, I don't know for sure since I don't own any circle lens. But I do read a lot about them from this thread, so I'm pretty sure about it. For the solution thing, you change it every time you wear them. So if you haven't worn them, then just leave it. For the flash thing, it's only for a few seconds it won't blind you.

Aha thanks! Well I know when you don't open it, it lasts for like 5 years? I could be totally wrong but its something like that. But the thing is, I ordered 9, I don't really want to wait out every year to try out my new lens heh O.O

then maybe... 6 months later open another one?
so its moderate :|? iunno. lol
but im pretty sure after you open them from the bottle a year later it will expire
not you wear them on your eyes for 365 days worth ^^

Well I wear contact lens daily and I bought all 9 because I couldn't decide between the lenses, plus it was a big promotion going on so I took advantage of that HEH. Well I figured the durability is based on how often you wear the lens, so if I don't wear them everyday, it shouldn't expire within a year=/ Or if someone could kindly tell me how does the lens expire? Because I thought the expiry date was only in terms of when it will be worn out.. because I don't think there is anything in the lens that is going to make it turn bad LOL wtf I don't know

and probably you wouldnt want to risk wearing expired lenses right
because it could probably damage your eyes

That is SO bad for you! I seriously encourage other circle lens users or future users to NOT do this.

Wearing torn lenses in your eyes could cause them to actually break apart and get LOST in your eyes, and you'd have to visit the ER. I've known someone that this happened to. Also wearing expired lenses are just plain bad for you.

I'm not trying to give you a lecture, but many circle lens uses are younger girls and you saying this really sets a bad example for them.. I really don't think this should be okay or dealt with in such a nonchalant manner. Please be more careful from now on...

i think that's less than USD30. around USD27.

I blame it on my careless side of me, besides the tear was only on the side of the lens as if something bit it off, but yes i learned my lesson. I'm still kicking my butt for that. Anyways it shouldn't happen again since I stocked up on lenses now

i JUST got my lenses in the mail... i got the tutti bluee... heres what they look like when i have them on..

i usually wear grey contacts from color blends... but i decided to try the circle lenses...
heres me with my grey ones on...

The designs are on the iris part, it's not covering any part of your pupil. So you'll have a clear normal view of everything.
