^If you have relly dark eyes and want a true purple, DONT get Tutti Lavander! The color is not opaque at all on dark eyes. It looks almost black.
Non photoshopped, no flash & regular lighting. With flash, the color is much more prominent, but without... its nothing special.
Free Teen by Bescon are a LOT better if you want the purple effect - you can tell just by looking at the lenses themselves. The more purple the lenses, the more bright the color. The Tutti ones are not very colored at all
ix3katz please edit your prev. post :]
you're wearing purple in those pictures? Very not visible at all
o that sucks... so that Junal girl picture was photoshopped ?
Yeah, I think Free Teen is really nice... I got the pictures of the lenses from the selling/trading section on some asian forum.

Yeah, the Tutti Violet or Lavander(whatever the seller calls it) is not that great.

That's what they look like.. not like how other sites advertise them at ALL. They barely even look purple.
I'm thinking about getting the Aryan purple or Free Teen purple.
The only problem is they usually find people with lighter brown eyes to model the pictures, and my natural color is extremely dark. The advertised Tutti Lavander was nothing like how mine turned out

free teen has more black thin lines on the colored part than tutti contacts.

hi just another question ....
so can we just use ANY commericial contacts solution for these circle lens? (im thinking of bescon's tutti's) like..we dont' need to get any special solution? cuz i was looking around on the internet
i thinkt he bescon site says to use only their solution
but other sites say any contacts solution is ok... confused =\
malevolent.

Use GOOGLE, ladies.but, most asian circle lenses only can be purchased in asian countries.
USA don't need circle lenses, caucassians already have big and colorful eyes.

I saw someone else ask this, but I'll ask again just in case.
So is it an okay idea to get non-prescriptioned ones, then just wear your own glasses over? I do think it's kind of pointless to do that (maybe there are some benefits somewhere?), but I'm just wondering.
EDIT// Ahh so it's not pointless. Thanks x3AmikaSaysHix3!

Mar 22 2007, 05:53 PM
^^ yes you can =] there is no harm haha because they have no power in the lens so its just what you see with your real eyes.

question question O_O;; sorry if it has been asked before >__<; but how do you know when to throw them out or stop using them ? I'm a forgetful person and i may forget when i first opened the package....how do you know when you should throw them out? by the expiration date on the box or what ? :x

the 2 tone purples and sm purple are a lot lighter though..
i guess i wont be getting tuti purple lol

theyre soft
ive never heard of 'hard lenses'
but doesnt mean they dont exist
circle lenses are like normal contacts
(referring to what theyre made of...)
some are larger in diameter, and also a little thicker
they feel pretty normal though

i recommend gray.. sometimes black makes you look so dead =[
and all contacts will harm your vision, but circle lens probably does a little more damage (read the first page)
but if you take care of it well it won't do too much damage.

if your natural eye colour is light, get black
if your eyes are dark, get grey

You know what I realize today. People can get the wrong idea of Circle lenses, cause I told my friend I wanted circle lenses and she thought i wanted those Harry Potter Glasses (sorry to Harry Potter fans) =___=" && then me and my friend had an argument about what they are and ect.. So yeah - a tip * when explaining circle lenses remember to say - contact lenses a like.

im not sure if that site is shady or what. but im currently emailing them about their stuff to check prices n such.
anyway... they sell by single cuz a lot of people have diff prescriptions for their eyes
so its more convenient that way
cuz at other sites, they usually sell the contacts in a box. n u can't have 2 diff prescriptions in 1 box...so they force u to buy more..whereas at this site u can just buy one pair..

question: does basic curve matter? .__. i see that bescon's circle lenses BC are 8.6 and on my current contacts.. mines says 8.9 o.o
also.. if i have -0.50, i could just get plano (non prescribed) right? because my eye sight isn't that bad.

nope you usually don't. most circle lens are 8.60 base curve (how curved it is), some give you either 8.60 or 8.40 and you get to choose
most people are 8.60 so you shouldn't have anything to worry about

Can some one who wears glasses wear them?
Like wear their prescripted glasses and then wear non prescripted circle lenses?
Or the other way around?
I want them, but I don't think my parents will let, plus I have bad vision...
I don't want it any worser.
Oh yeah, when I saw those uhlzzang, I was like O___O are those eyes REAL? They are HUGE. now i know why...hahha
Why can't people just have perfect vision? Or why can't contact lenses&circle lenses just be NOT unsafe...

you can tell that they're like real dark purple
if you look real close up but when you're far it looks dark.
