i've got a question for all circle lens users


wats the max u've ever worn ur lens for?

cuz i was juss thinking of wearing them to school cuz i hear

that it'll start to sting after 8 or so hours.

whats the max u can wear them for b4 it starts to sting ur eyes or have random red lines popin out?

I think Asian look more ''hot in Grey''.
But i recommended you buy both so you can switch around.

i've worn mine 12+ hours & they don't sting. only gets dry so have some eye drops with ya ;b i think you get red lines regardless of time, it comes from wearing lenses.

how many circles do you own at the moment & the most you've owned at one time? Also, do you guys only wear circle lens, or do you guys also wear regular clear lenses when you own circles at the same time?

lately, i've been feeling i'm wasting money buying regular ones when i wanna wear circles more anyway, you guys too?

i can't imagine owning more than 3 circles at once, it'd feel like a waste to me :X but some are SO darned gorgeous, it's tempting!

ive never wore regular lenses b4 and prolly wont because my eyes look ridiculousy small without them =]
circle lenses are a bad addiction >.<

the nudy ones look so pretty, they are super popular in japan right now along with tutis
every girl i see on the streets wheres them @___@

the black circles are more popular in china
i find them ugly

I only own 2, and plan on getting another pair (or two>_<). I want a looot more, but my wallet is dying.

tuttis are my fave ~ very comfortable and doesn't dry my eyes ^^*

I wear regular clear lenses on a daily basis, and wear circle lenses randomly. I haven't worn mine for over a week xP

i just got mine. but i dnt know if it has expired? its aryan dark grey and on the bottle it has printed : 2006.11.07.. dnt tell me its expired? or is that wen it was made?

it is probably the manufacture date.
most bottles put the manufacture date instead of the expiration date.
usually expires after 3 yrs of production from my knowledge

Basically, can someone recommend me a circle contact lenses brand that has
somewhat the same color as the one im wearing? Something less yellow-ish
as well and comfortable to wear for 7 hours. Ugh. And excuse the horrible eyebags.

ATM I go between G&G Skyblues, 2 x Tutti Brown, Superstar Blues... I got rid of my Tutti Violets (2x) because they were so dark, and I got rid of my Tutti Blacks because they were way too scary looking lol.

I'm trying to stick to brands that have 42% water content compared to 38% (Bescon, G&G, Dueba). I don't normally need to wear glasses/contacts, so the more water permeability, the better ^^.

Ordering Nudy Violets as of now... I really want Migwang Aryan II Tone Skyblues and New Bio Jewelry Grays too. And a good black dolly-ish one that doesn't make me look like I'm rolling on drugs

i think i've seen lots of people says bescon is comfortable, but i really dont know for sure cause everuone has their own opionions and different eyes.

has anyone tried the NEO Chagall Ring before? I was actually planning on buying the tutti ring until i found this. They're both the same price but tutti rings 6 months disposable and this one's a year. But i'm afraid that the ring part would come out gray-ish or whatever. It looks fine in the modelled picture. but eh, idunno.

yay I got my first pair of circle lens today, their tutti grays! Anyways they make my eyes look hugee 0_0 and my eyes were big before. So far I like them, I kinda look bugeyed though. Ill post a picture as soon as I get my cam back.

Anyways..does anyone have a pair of Barbie Brown or Barbie Blue?? im thinking of getting them but I want to see them on a person first.

dream3rx0: umm the grey ring is usually not visible on the eye because like the two tone my purple ones have a gray ring around it but when i wear it, its not there its just all purple. So what you see in the pictures is probably its true form worn.

I just got my tutti browns...they're so pretty...

kkirmn, you definitely don't want to wear circle lens while you're playing sports >.<. They're cosmetic; they won't be comfortable when you're training/sweating/exhausting your body, and you'll probably find yourself straining your eyes! If you join a sports team, just wear your glasses/regular contacts during practice, and save the circle lens for when you go out.

The higher the water content, the more your eyes can "breathe".

G&G, Dueba, Bescon, Migwang, Neo Vision, have 38% water content

New Bio has 42-45%

Colorvue, Geo Medical have 45%

The other brands I don't know about.


TiNGxx2, I absolutely love CVS Contact Solution for Sensitive Eyes. You can only buy it at CVS, but being a generic brand, it's not expensive :]


.miko, What kind of Tutti were you trying to buy? Bescon used to make something called Tutti 3-Tone/Tutti Premium and Sweety lens, and even colored Hypa lens... I think they discontinued those a year or two ago (but their leftover lens are still good as long as they are worn before the expiration date). Were any of those the kind of Tuttis you were buying?

Because they still have the product info on Tutti Colored Circle Lens on their company website O_O...

I was curious about the thickness and water content in Acuvue2 and Freshlooks,
I never checked them out before because 1800contacts.com don't have the detailed descriptions and I thought the important thing was only the base curve and the diameter

their thickness (CT) is .08 mm !! It's a lot thicker than asian lenses, which are .028 mm or .04 mm
I wonder if that's the reason my eyes always dry when I wore acuvue2
but they have more waater in them, 55%

i got my gng blacks two weeks ago. i really like it and its pretty comfortable..except for the first week..my eyes started to dry out really fast and i had to put in drops. also my eyes turn red when i take them out. does that happen to you guys often? cus when i wear my regular contacts..that doesnt happen very much. heres a pic of me and my contacts.

I got the same message....it sounds kinda iffy to me. I ordered from her like 2 months ago tutti blue and tutti violet. I only got the tutti blue and she said that violet was out of stock so i had to wait until the next batch. Then i get this message-__-.
If you really want tutti blue just order from somewhere else. hahaa

I don't know if that's the reason why, but before I wore circle lens, I wore Freshlook grey color contacts and it still dried my eyes out cuz I remember always having to squint and blink... but then after I wore circles, which were comfortable.. I bought 2 boxes of Freshlook turquoise and amethyst and I can't take it... it's sooo uncomfortable >.< and it feels like my eyes are drying outt!! I shouldn't have bought 2 boxes

It's odd, cuz I think freshlook lens are actually bigger in diameter, including the clear outer part of the lens.. it's hugeee compared to my circle lens o_O

thats weird, cause i switch back and forth between my freshlook colorblends and circle lenses as well, but they feel the same to me >< did you check the water content and all? yeah the freshlook diameter is bigger, i was staring at my box one time and i was like really confused wondering why it was like that, but yeah :X

water content would let ur eyes feels more comfortable.
acuvue define has 58% while freshkon (i think ur talking about freshkon not freshlook) is 55%
i just ordered both xD
plus acuvue.. they said they have 3 layers and the color layer is in the middle making them more safe
freshkon... i was warn that the colour might fades onto ur eye

I was going to order, but I didn't because I looked on freshkon site, it seems they only last for a month, instead of for a year just like Bescon, tutti, etc.
So if she's just selling a pair, those lenses are quite expensive

I bought some tutti grey coloured contacts a while ago,
~ I'm totally in love with them. atm
I went to school with them, and seriously.
no one noticed I had them on . LOL. that sucked.
but at least it looks natural right?
the photos got flash, so the grey shows up more.



PS. When I first got my contacts...I didnt leave them in solution before wearing them...
was I suppose to and is there any harm? Becuase I thought it already came in solution to begin with...

Oh and PS ~ I got mine for $40 plus $10 solution.

Anyway, the lenses are definatly grey and their 3 tone premium. I donno...thats what the lady was telling me.
What can I say...It's the first pair on lenses I've ever got.

Also these lenses make your eyes look bigger, the pupils are huge!
