hey did anyone's eyes turn really really red after using circle lens?
because after i wear them my eyes turn super red around the black part.

that's because your eyes are lack of oxygen and very dry
that happened to me when I wore Acuvue2 color, they stung, and there's red ring around the black part that lasted a couple of days.

How long do you wear them?
U use eyedrops?

For people who are annoyed at the Nudys, especially about the water content thing, more water content does NOT mean more comfortable lenses. Actually, more water content means more water to dehydrate and dry out your eyes... It's more about the MATERIAL of the lenses than the water content.

And regular contacts shouldn't be worn for more than 8hrs a day, so I would think circle lenses even less than that.

This is mostly for Bunnylicious because you mentioned how you didn't like the Nudy Browns so much? Why dontcha like them so much? Are they TOO light?

I'm stuck between grey or brown right now... that's why I'm wondering... I might just get brown though because I already have a grey that I'm actually surprisingly pretty happy with.

I have nudy brown and I'm 30% pleased with it. It's only because they're really light in color and the pattern is speckled when you look in the mirror.
I mean, they're really nice looking in pictures, but they're so different when you're actually looking at them in person.
That's why I took up darling's suggestion to get the Neo Dali Browns.. which don't change the color of my eyes but just make the irises bigger.

my friend just bought a pair of nudy browns.
they look cool in pictures, but kind of freaky irl because they're really big and the halo makes it look like the contact is too big O___o
they're okay, though.

it's interesting that the halo shows up on some people but others don't, like on my eyes, I guess my iris size is pretty big.
I saw a pic of a girl wearing nudy brown, posted a while ago, her eyes were definitely bigger than mine, but the halos were very noticeable. mellow.gif

Brilliant. Thanks! Especially about the comment with the pictures vs. real life. My friend has a pair of Nudy Browns and she showed me her pic (can't post here cause I think she'll kill me...haha) and it looks really pretty, but I'm not into the unnatural look.

But I do want a nice paler brown. Like... a natural pale brown Any suggestions? I heard that G&G or Tutti Brown were good? I have Dueba Greys right now and I'm pretty happy with those too... help? I DO want to change my color, not just make my irises bigger though...

Oh, and *sarah your lenses are SOO pretty! They suit your pretty well! I totally want Tutti Greys now...! Actually, I've wanted them for awhile.. hehe.

Nanshi, the nudies look horrible on me. Well, the brown nudies. It was so light,
people thought it was grey. And it's not as dark as everyone else's :[
the halo showed fine on me though. I recommend you BT02 brown or Tutti Brown?
I've tried BT02 brown. It looks pretty light, but sometimes black.
A lot of people on here pulls the nudy brown off well though ;] applause.

Oooh pretty! :] Here's a question I just thought of for the Tutti grey owners.. does it look black from far away? I mean solid black like G&G. o_o Or is it noticeably lighter than black?

I got a pair of nudy brown a few days ago. It's not that great like I expected maybe cause my eyes are dark. Here's a pic of it.


without flash, if I go out in the sun it's more noticeable

i have a questionn, my degree is -0.75, but the my seller says that most contact lenses come in either 0.00 or -1.00

should i be going for the lower one or the higher one?

would it worsen my eyesight if i went for the higher one?

^ Whichever way you look at it, contact lenses of any sort will somehow damage your eyesight (unless you're super lucky like chickery, who's been wearing circle lenses for a while and still has 20/20 vision. I'm so jealous T_T).
My best friend has degrees of -1.50 and -1.75, yet she wears plano Nudy Greens. Because her degree isn't that strong, wearing lenses with no prescription doesn't make much of a difference. However, she does prefer prescribed lenses because it means she doesn't have to take out her glasses when we're in class.

It's up to you, but since your degree is very weak, it wouldn't matter much if you purchased the plano lenses. =)

sarah, your tutti greys are so shiny! I haven't worn mine in a month or so, I've been into my tutti browns lately laugh.gif I think I'll wear them tomorrow hehe~

I think these are what nudys look like in real life. They're not all that shiny and glossy like in the photos, but more speckly (:
The pattern is okay, and the colors stand out so well! Can't wait for my nudy blueee hehe~

Does anyone have a picture of Tutti Violets? The seller I'm buying Tutti's off from informed me her supplier's last Tutti Grays were snatched before her order... I think someone posted it before but I'm not really up to looking through 180+ pages...

Tutti violet, the color doesnt show up at all, the result is just black.
I've free teen violet, only can see the color if you're out in the sun. Other time is just pitch black.

G&G BT02 violet, Geo 2-tone Angel and Nudy violet, you can see the color well in the sun or not.

They're theatrical/costumers lenses. They're extremely high quality, and last years, but are just too expensive for me atm (they also specialize in more dangerous lenses, like sclera that take up your whole eyeball safely)

^ I think they only last for 3-6 months


That 300 bucks lenses are nicer than those 2 above though, because that one has black ring, so the result looks more natural.

i know they're not circle lenses but i read in a forum that they give you the same effect
