1. Most of my friends from Singapore use or have used Acuvue Define lenses. They've had no problems with them. And Johnson & Johnson probably only sounds more reliable to ppl from countries in which J&J has a large market share, like the U.S. It's not the same for people in Asia. Also, circle lenses from Korea, for example, come in many many different colours and designs and such. From what I know, Acuvue Define either has one with a black outer ring or a brown outer ring, both of which are clear in the middle.
2. Yes, everyone has different shaped/size eyes. This is primarily corrected by getting a lens with your closest BC (base curvature). And yes, most circle lenses are BC 8.6. But there are a few that are BC 8.5 and a few that are BC 8.4. Besides that however, yes the diameter of circle lenses will be 14.0-14.2, and that really shouldn't matter unless your eyes are very very small.
3. You don't necessarily need special eyedrops, but those specifically formulated for contacts work better. It's your choice. I had a friend who just put droplets of contact solution directly into her eyes (not recommended).
