The mini lenses that ive seen doesnt look any different from regular circle lenses. they are just smaller in size.

There are people on the forum that do live in canada and whether you can or cannot ship to the US. That doesnt matter.

BUT i am kinda leaning on your side of the argument or whatever we can call it.

on this thread we post names of contact lenses companies like g&g or bescon

G&G and BESCON are companies that use their company name for their websites.

you dont even have to put .com or .ca or co.kr or whatever , u can just type that name on your web explorer and it will take you to that site which will give you information on how to purchase the circle lenses.

if hiphop was breaking the rule for stating the company she works for, is everybody that talks about circle lenses and the companies breaking the rules also??

I know very well that lenses have their varying lifespans, but I've had this strange thought that maybe they disintegrate when expiration time comes along. Maybe it had to do with my friend's story on how her [regular] contact lenses broke in half. o___o Thus, why I asked. It was just out of bizarre curiosity, really. ;]

I have a question:
How do the tutti gray & tear gray lens look under direct sunlight?

I started this thread as a general FAQ. I'm not claiming anything that needs to be certified by an optometrist.

For example, if someone wants to know if people with astigmatism can wear circle lenses, it's no secret that a company makes an FDA approved product specifically for astigmatism.

Contact lens care is not subject to medical advice as well. You can buy cleaning solution at your local pharmacy and read the directions on the box. Again, not subject to an optometrist.

I understand why the rules may seem confusing, but I'm not a mod, so I can't say anything on soompi's behalf.

But to be safe, if your company is called blahblahblah.com and they sell circle lenses as well as regular contacts only to be obtained by prescription, please just omit that part of the name. A company chooses their name as a way to advertise. If by chance the company wants to add ".com" to their official company name, then yes, it IS still advertising.

We call companies G&G and Bescon, and anyone can google them or guess their company website, but they are manufactures, not second party distributors.

I don't want to keep this discussion up , so let's leave it at this: eBay.com can be called eBay, so let's not make this a big deal.

booey you could tell when your contacts expires when they become more or easily dry,you can't see as clearly,& when the color kinda changes. =) thats what my eye doctor says o_o;; =)

Do these lenses work on people with small eyes too? I have the typical small asian eyes and it'd be such a waste of my money if I bought these lenses.. so I'm hoping I can get some feedback

ALSO, in your opinion, which brand is the best for:
1. creating the "big eye" effect
2. design/colours that are visible on naturally "dark brown" eyes

just a question, what do u guys use for 'caring' these circle lenses... which solution works best? there's tons of cleansers in the store that says "FOR ALL SOFT CONTACTS" etc.. i thought these circle lenses were the 'hard contact lens' type.. so does that mean i can't use those cleaning solution cuz they might not clean it enough? cuz i also saw a solution for RGP (Rigid Gas Permeable lenses) which are apparently somewhat similar to hard contact lenses but made of different materials... anywho....i dunno if it's just me, but i started out w/ hard contact lenses and when i wear those freshlook color blends 'soft contact' type, it doesn't feel comfortable in my eyes. i thought 'soft' was better =(

circle lenses are soft lenses.
soft lenses mean that you wear them during the day.
hard lenses mean that you wear them at night while you sleep so that during the day, you don't need to wear them.
(don't ask me how that works lol)

you can use any brand of solution that is suitable for soft lenses to care for your circle lenses=)

presweet - I find that regular black circles create the "biggest" looking eye, but the ones that have a black coloring as well as a black ring tend to make you look lifeless or on drugs :X

I have extremely dark eyes, and find that brown colored lenses show up well. G&G BT browns or Bescon Tutti browns are noticeable but natural. Grey colored lenses are also pretty noticeable.

the superstars look a little weird to me i thought they were cute earlier but it looks liek white dots in ur eyes to me now

the earlier one was close-up, we could see the nice details nicely.

I wrote about white lenses in this thread a couple pages back.

But they are .80 mm bigger than regular circle lenses for the large and .20mm bigger for the small.

Its like regular circle lenses with the black outlining and color, but before the color starts around the pupil area, theres a white outlining to make the eye CLEARER i guess.

I dont know how to say it in english but its supposed to be like..."ddol mang ddol mang.."kekeke

I heard that the lenses is being advertised by the manufacturer but isnt produced yet.
They just put the sample pictures and the information out and see what the consumers reaction is towards the lenses.
But my optometrist said that its been about a year and a half since they posted the pictures so they should be making it soon, or they made it but he doesnt have it yet.

I cant wait to try oneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!

No, no, nooo. NOT safe! Even if your friend cleans them.. nooo.

that's kind of on the same level as borrowing your friend's retainer...or if you want to go one step deeper his/her used floss string.

..the point is, different germs are deposited on the contact from your friends eyes. sharing eye fluid and such germs...no matter how much you clean it, infection is bound to happen.

for those of you who have tried Tear lenses as well as Jewlery Lenses...which did you feel made the more drastic statement? Which did you prefer?

and just ordered another pair
of tutti-black because my other one ripped :/

i suggest if your circle lens bother you a lot,
that you play around with it in the solution.
it tends to moisten, and it doesnt irritate your
eyes for 6+ hrs. (but try not to wear it for 6+
hrs!)

I just recieved my contact lenses yesterday and i tried them on
they rly make your eyes POP
i got the black nes G&G black
quite nice
altho in extreme light the make me look like im on drugs
in soft light/natural lights ther fine =P
but in unnatural yellowy/white high lighting they make me look odd
but other than that they rule!
im ordering more as we speak =P
