I've read a lot of replys about black lenses and how they make your eyes look dead/alien-like, but I haven't read any about Dueba black lenses? I really like ds-22, does anyone have a picture of them?

I also want purple lenses, but not tuttis nor nudys, any other option??

it feel really comfortable

Yeah the people who are selling them online bought it for ten dollars a pair originally. They make some ridiculous profit just shipping it out.
And I wondered how those kids in Asia can afford so many of them. lol

got my green and violet lens yesterday. (now I have grey, green and violet. Just need blue and brown and I complete my collection )

hi there! new to this forum but im already becoming obsessed! anyway, ive been trying to figure out this asian models contact lenses for about a year now so i was hoping all of you experts on here could help me out. i guess i dont really need to know exactly what kind shes wearing, maybe even suggestions as to what contacts youve tried that have the same result...

they look like a really smokey grey at times, and other times blue-ish lavender. gaah i want them so badly! :-/

someone at another forum told me they looked like nudy grey...but i dont know

grey generally looks blue-ish sometimes on asian's dark brown eeys.

TwgChi3 ---I think it's either TUTTI TEAR GREY or DM23 GREY which is grey with a hint of blue in it. But of course I'm not sure (Who the hell is?)

my mom read something like that too..i think it was a chinese newspaper based in san francisco/bay area...like some became blind and they had pictures of people who's eyes were damaged from them

^ Yah, there should be a cause why they had eye infections or blind.

maybe they wore expired or torn lenses,
or they wore low quality, imitation lenses,
or they kept wearing the lenses even though they eyes were all red and tired and had bloodshot just because they wanted to have pretty eyes.

^^right... i really thought she'd be able to buy only one pair since i thought it was abt $23 there.. (since onlyn, it's 35-50)... and i was shocked when she brought home 2 pairs! i thought i nid to pay another $23 (but i hav money...^^). If i knew it was that cheap, i shouldb've changed the second option (which is the black circle lens one) to a tutti brown or sth... oh well... I'll make sure i get another 3-4 pairs when they go home again! XD XD

I read that you're supposed to wear them for only 8-10 mos even tho it's a 1 year disposable lens ryt? If you're only wearing them occasionally and maintain it well, is it still just 8-10 mos?

Oh, and when do you start "counting" the months until you can use your lenses? Since you first wore it? or since you opened it and soaked it? I was just thinking it would be a waste if i buy too many when they'd expire all at the same time and i dont even wear them much...XD

are circle lenses way more harmful to the eyes than normal contact lenses?
I read somewhere in BBC news that it dries the eyes out or something and may cause the eye to crust up?
Circle lenses look really nice, I'm sort of persuaded to collect some now, but I'm scared of any long term effects that may occur later on?

I went to the optometrist today and she said that circle lens with prescription is 85 for 3 months! is that overpriced?

I also asked her about how I heard that circle lens are bad for you because they block oxygen flow, and she said some are made better than others and the ones they sell are all FDA approved (obviously nothing sketchy) so it should be fine

The cams flash is really bright and gives off a blue hue. So thats why the violet looks more grey.
That and the fact that I had the camera directly in front of my face.

As for the violet in normal lighting. Not as bright but you can still see violet if someone talks to u face to face. From far away, it looks either dark grey or black.

For some people, I dont seem to notice a size difference. Also I didn't know guys can wear them too. I think I'd get gray, green, and blue if i were to get them, but HARD LENSE contacts scared me cause they're so thick and hard to wear, so I stick to my D&G glasses now.
