you're lucky you can wear green since they can't come in power lol which is why I only have blue, grey and brown. My brother and sister has the whole set each! All 5 colors... lol

Yea I spoil them .... it's funny, this one time, all 3 of us were wearing nudy blues at a mall and ppl thought it was our real eye colors cuz they blend so well? o_O

You know what? I'd have to say that at times, people think my eyes are grey when I'm wearing brown, and when my siblings are wearing blue I think it's grey... o_O

Thank you =) Although I don't think we look like siblings? haha umm we wear them daily... just because it's so comfy for us... we used to wear Freshlook colorblends but they're too drying for our eyes and we had to blink often and take them off after like 2 hours o_O

They kept sliding around in my eye and it was just... no >< Everytime I moved my eyeball, the contacts would just like slide around, and not even to the direction my eyeball is looking towards..
Maybe it's just me cause my eyes are pretty round and maybe the base curve didn't suit me. but oh well.

Hi, I have just ordered a G & G no. 9 in Violet. Do you think I should go ahead with it? Any pictures of how it looks like?
Anyway, for G & G, there's a 'two tone' series and a 'natural' series. May I know what's the difference? And..Which one looks better? I am looking for those which can give you MUCH larger eyes.
I'd probably change it to G & G no.4 or no. 8..So any suggestions?

like a bat, unless you have perfect eyesight.
If you want to see, you should wear your lenses and then glasses over them.

Its -1.25 but then they dont have it in stock. So I just ordered the 0.00 since my aunt said its just going to be normal in my eyes, like my regular eye sight. So if I put it on, will every thing be more blurer? Or will it be just my normal eyes sight?

putting in contacts
I'm having a huge problem putting in contacts. I struggle for hours straight. I know, sounds retarded..but I seriously need help!
I've seen youtube videos too...looks easy but it's terrible when i TRY it myself.
I have tutti browns- Is it just me, or are they really flimsy? they don't hold their shape. Like when I see youtube videos of other people putting in their contacts..their contact lens remains "hard"-looking.
Or, are tuttibrown's supposed to be that flimsy? Mine wrinkle and scrunch and fold..!!
Any tips?
Thank you

my tuttis are like that sometimes too x_X! they fold over and scunch alot, and then i have to pull them apart gently because i get afraid that i might rip them >_<!
just keep practicing. practice makes perfect!

first time i used contacts it took me like hours to get it in. now its easier to just pop it in the eye

just touch your eyeball when you put it on, and you`ll get to used to it.

moulinrouge; that's because they're regular contacts.
when I put in contacts, I hold them gently at the bottom part of my eye,
and wait for it to stick, and then when it sticks, I gently slide them up to
center it. It may take a couple of tries, but once you got it, it'll only take 5 minutes!

Lol I posted about this same problem a few pages back. Yeah, it really is just the tuttis that are that way
they're too flimsy and lose their shape easily. Just keep practicing, and try to have the lens as close to the tip of your finger as possible; that way it won't keep sticking to your finger when you try to put it in your eye.

no it means your current contacts are bigger than the circle lens. that's what i'm wondering too; there was a pair of circle lenses i wanted to get but the diameter was smaller than my normal prescribed lens (14.0mm). i don't feel safe getting them so i think i'll have to skip... you should ask your doctor though.

moulinrouge: Why not go and see if an optometrist? They can help you out on how to put contacts in.
Or ask a friend, if they have contacts.
I don't know if this might apply the same thing to circle lenses but when I put in my normal contacts I make sure I've cut my nails so

Go for the Hypa C7s; all black circle lenses can give the big-dolly-eyed effect, but Hypa C7s are the most natural in doing so. Don't get the BT01s, since they can make you look dead. o_o And yeah, they're are supposed to be veryy good for everyday wear (or like.. almost everyday wear.. just because it might not be healthy to wear circle lenses that often). I received mine yesterday; I'll post some pictures later.
$35 is the average price, and a good price too. (At least, when you buy them online it is. Idk about buying them in stores.)

okay, so a few posts ago remember I was having trouble putting in circle lenses? (post #4371)
Well..yesterday I struggled so hard with my left eye. I thought I had gotten it in but when I looked upright at the mirror...there was no lens in my eye!
So i figured it dropped in the sink or something. I searched everywhere for it to no avail.
BUT...
this morning,
as I was trying to put another one in my left eye... something fell out.....and it was...the lens from the night before! It was all scrunched up+folded, and covered in phlegm-like coating. it was so gross.
gross. gross.
it's funny because..the lens was NO WHERE to be found in my eye though. it must have crawled wayyy back...which is a scary thought if you think about it.
sorry for the TMI.
