inconnuu; Most brands do NOT have lenses for astigasm. But I know one that only has it
for brown I think. G&G. Most sellers don't sell them though.

Yea I think G&G is the only brand, and they're really expensive, too, like $100 for a pair I think.

Stupid question I know...

What brand of solution do you use to clean your circle lens?
i KITTY x3 =)*
^ I use Opti-Free. I used to use Amo but then I found out in the newspapers that it's contaminated. T_T

A recommendation for anyone who's contacts always feels dry ~

My mom bought me this like a week ago
She said it was like a "lotion" for your contacts
I apply the 2 drops onto my circle lens before I wear them and they really moisturize them for the day :]
I used to use eye drops like three times a day when my contacts would feel really dry and make me feel tired
But after I use Theratears in the morning, I don't need to use eyedrops haha XD good stuff.

okay hmm I think I'm going to go with the fresh colors

but the black rim around the nudies are obviously not as obvious as say the Tuttis right? They create a very subtle effect no?

would the fresh colors make your eyes appear bigger like the nudies even without the rim? because the colors cover a larger area then regular freshlooks?

=]

that was basically my question asked on the page before this..no one has answered yet =((

OMG I LOVE/HATE CIRCLE LENS
Just got Bescon Hypa C7 - It's REALLY good, really natural. Definitely makes your pupils bigger... And it looks so natural that people think you just have NORMAL contacts on, and your eyes are naturally that big...

Which is a problem..
Because now I'm DEPENDENT on the lens!!

If I'm not wearing glasses, then I MUST have CIRCLE LENS + MAKEUP...
So I've been wearing them EVERYDAY...

And I'm scared that its bad for your eyes, but I can't help it....
How much worse are they than NORMAL contacts?????

No one knows I've been wearing "enhancing lenses" so they just assume I have big eyes.. haha

WOW rly so do u recomment the Hypa c7?? can u show a picture of u wearing the hypa C7 and the other eye not to see the difference?

lol im still decidin on the black lens.. i cant chhoose i want natural but at the same time u can see the effect XD

actually, for me, they are more comfortable than normal contacts.
i wore circle lenses everyday for a few months but my optometrist said that my eyes were still really healthy

Okay, i just have to ask this...

Are Circle lens available for astigmatism? Coz i have astigmatism and my friend said it's a no-no for ppl with astig to wear lenses... is that true? coz there's a mall here in our country that sells Aryan Color lenses for abt 30USD a pair, and i'd like to get one for our prom... so yeah...

Thanks a lot...^^

omg how cool.
=] too bad my nearly blind as it is. ahah

maybe i'll get them...

No, circle lenses are NOT recommended for people with astig.
Like I said a few posts ago, there is only one brand which provides astig. lenses
and it's G&G. The astig. lenses are only available in the color of brown.
kibi kibi
this is a retarded question but before you go and wash your face do you take your lenses out first or your make up off? Its just that sometimes when i remove my makeup it gets in my eye and idk if that would hurt more or less with lenses in or if it could damage them. :/

i have astigmatism~~ but its around 1.5 to 2.0-ish ... i know you're not "supposed to", but i heard that you can...

Near sight degree + (astigmatism x 1/2).. so its a little higher than your actual prescription
And it works fine for me~ I can see RELATIVELY clearly.. like I can go to class with them, but I just sit in the front-middle front rows...

It's probably a bad thing though to do that! Í just love circle lens too much

I finally ordered circle lenses, Nudy Brown for me and Nudy Gray for my sister.
She has worn contacts before but they were always disposable, so I was wondering
what solution do you use?
Because I heard reno is a bit dodgy, and that's the only avaliable ones at the shop I went to. Also I googled and searched up that you need tablets to remove the protein, I was wondering what tablets do you use?
Also eyedrops?
Thanks alot smile.gif

^Opti-free for both.

i have a question~~
i just recieved my tear browns and one expires this month and the other next month
when i emailed the seller about it the response i got was that its ok if i start to wear them this month........
what should i do
melkimx
just saying... i've been using renu for years... even when i received a letter in the mail saying that there had been a lawsuit and i was entitled to get some money because i'd been using their product during a certain period of time, i didn't switch... and my eyes are basically fine, except for the whole thing where i can barely see, but that's not because of renu.

dlee: do you have any other brown lenses besides the neo 3-tone camel brown? if so, do you like the camel brown better than the others? i noticed that the diameter of the camel brown seems to be smaller than the nudy gray you posted, and actually, i think that makes for a more natural/less scary effect. is it 14.0mm?

also, i noticed that the neo 3-tone is available in a darker brown! but it looks so dark i wonder if there's even any noticeable effect.

you take your lenses off before washing your face or taking makeup off. and you should always put them in first before you put on your makeup in the morning. i think if you wash your face with your lenses on, you can get bacteria in...and thats never too good

I've bought Dueba grey, but it doesnt seems to make my eyes bigger and the color is kinda blueish than greyish when put on. Does anyone have the same effect? Its does makes my eyes prettier and brighter though.

Dueba Grey

And then I'm thinking of ordering NEO sunflower brown, will it be more obvious then Dueba? Plus, will it cause uncomfortable feeling like seeing a border around your sight with such thick border of color on the lens compared to Dueba?

so i was browsing livejournal
and i found this girl used a special "washing machine" to clean her contacts!
i was wondering if i should buy this for my circles

my boyfriend says that it will rip my contacts since its so strong
but he is referring to the kind to clean jewelery...

LOL @ "ICE GARY"

but I'm really liking the Ice Blue and Ice Brown <3

I wore my circle lens out shopping one day and my eyes began stinging after a while...? Or maybe because it was getting dry or something? In any case, it was extremely uncomfortable - is this normal? Or is it because I'm just not used to it yet?

My vision also became slightly blurry after I took it off as well... so I'm kinda iffy about putting them back on again... T_T They make my eyes look huge though....

Don't be too suspicious because even a small shop in canberra has tuttis. Tutti has two types, from what i know, 3 month disposable and 1 year disposable. 60AU is VERY expensive if it was for the 3 month ones but is a fairly good price for yearly ones even though it would be cheaper online (around 10-15AU)but you don't need to worry about shipping and stuff.
These are the 3 month ones available in boxes.

and im pretty sure yearly ones come in bottles. And itd be better if you get your eyes checked if you have presciption, but im pretty sure not many non-prescription people don't get their eyes checked for contacts...

Those are legitimate then! I bought the 3-month tutti circle lens for $20 for one pair. I thought because they came in a box and not a vial I got jipped dry.gif and they were imitation lenses or something (although I did wear them anyway). Its nice to know that wasn't the case.

Jeez, it's been a month and a half now and I still haven't received my Dali Browns. It sounds like everyone gets theirs 2-3 weeks after they order. Did I just waste my money?! QUOTE
Are circle lenses safe?

All contact lens (soft/hard/colored/circle/regular/perscription/nonprescription) are potentially damaging. In the United States, regular contacts need a prescription by a certified optometrist to be obtained because they need to be specially fit to your own eyeball. Cosmetic lenses that have 0.00 power (plano lenses) are legal to sell in the USA without prescription, but most stores require one anyways.

In Asia, contact lenses do not necessarily need to be given by a doctor, nor is a prescription required to buy cosmetic lenses. Circle lenses are particularly seen as unsafe because they are said to be larger in diameter then normal lenses. This allows less oxygen to enter your eyes, often drying natural moisture out and putting strain on them. They also contain color pigment which can cloud vision when the contacts shift.

But the "largeness" of the lenses are relative - brands in America sell contacts with 14.00-14.60 diameter. Circle lense brands are the same. If you wear contacts already, check the information on your own lenses to determine if the circle lenses you want are the proper fit for you.

Almost all circle lenses sold throughout Asia are imported from Korea. Big name brands are usually FDA and CE approved. There are some smaller, unknown companies that produce the lenses, but they are not approved. Most of those companies are non-Korean brands, though not all. Do not buy them if you are unwary of the brand or seller! Always ask the seller all questions before buying :]

**Note: Just because you buy circle lenses in a country like China, Taiwan, Malaysia etc. does not mean you are automatically buying imitation lenses. Just be smart and research before ordering!

There was once a story when a girl was wearing them for about 8 hours or above, and she became blind.
Taiwan newspaper or something..I heard it back in one of the posts on this thread.
Anyway, most common case is PINK EYE.
