Yeah. I think they recruited him in 2001 so he's been learning for 4 years. He also had a lot of screentime in the MV for "Twins." Some people say he speaks very well while others say he has an accent. I wouldn't know since I'm not fluent in Korean. IMO, if he had so many parts in the song and MV, he must be pretty good.
