I can't believe I just *now* stumbled upon this band and this album.
"Ego" and "Night After Night (bonus track version)" are my absolute favorites so far.
I'm just really enjoying their sound.

The Sounds are really good. They're amazing live so if you ever get the chance to see them, make sure you do.

yes I love The Sounds and they are so awesome live. She has SO MUCH energy. I like this album but I like Living In America more. If you haven't heard Living In America, Seven Days a Week, Rock n Roll, and Dance With Me you should check that out.

Other people know them too. I just saw Bam's Unholy Union and Missy (Bam's wife) had The Sounds play at her wedding, and they performed "Ego"!!! I was so jealous. How fun would it be to sing a long/dance to The Sounds in your wedding dress?

I want to see them live.

their newest single from their upcoming album: crossing the rubicon! (coming out in may 09)
it's quite good. personally, i love painted by numbers more than no one sleeps when i'm awake... still.
i think painted by numbers is their best song.

I loved The Sounds since their debut with Living In America.

Love love love the Sounds. Their album has been on repeat for the longest time now.
I wish I could find more bands like them. I love their sound.

not really my style but being able to listen to a full song of theirs without cringing is good enough to put a tick in my book.
