Zone wasn't really rock, more pop with instruments but they're disbanded now
Maria is a newer band by one of Zone's members

W- Extremely Cutesy from Hello! Project, and one of the members was on probation for a long time, but recently got in another scandal so is kicked out of Hello! Project, W is probably disbanded

Rock bands? Try Danger*Gang. As for Duo, try Zwei
Tommy Heavenly/February, Nana Kitade, Aya Kamiki are solo artists though.
