does anyone know where they can get the nails done with all the jewels and designs that the koreans n japanese get in the california area?? i havnet found a single place that can do it like that. they can only do airbrushing.. HELP?

mostly Vietnamese nail salon do the jewel like type.. i hope u can find it. good luck.

^ ive only found viet places around where i live.. yet i dont see that they do that.. hmm.. are there any korean places or japanese nail shops??

i recommend getting the jewel/rhinestones off ebay and then try doing it yourself.

hi guys great nails! i'd like to ask something for those who do their nails often. Has it ever seen the light of the day in it's original form since you started painting? and are ur nails all yellow and all?

I'd like to do my nails, but i don't have the patience to do it myself nor the money to keep doing them at salons, so if they were to be naked i'm afraid tt it'll look VERY YELLOW. So just asking =)

I haven't done my nails in a while. I did these right after I finished my final..haha. So I thought I'd share them with you all.
I usually use my real nails, but I hate growing out my own nails.
This is my first time applying fake nails. I bought those clear ones, and painted it myself.




They were too long at first so I made some adjustments to it.






It's been a couple of days, and my real nails are starting to grow. Now I'll have to figure out a way to take them off haha.

I had practically a free day at cosmetology class today, so I messed around with my nails. Here you go. Since I did it, my left came out better, so I took pictures of my left [that and because it's easier to take pictures using my right hand] The white are suppose to be like flower petals, but edgier? Haha. I dunno, but it was suppose to look like petals.

I think it came out fairly nice since it was my first time using those colors together. It sorta looks a bit better in real life and oriental looking. I think it'll match with a simple attire with some hint of blue, white, and gold. I pictured it matching with one of the dark blue Chinese or Vietnamese traditional dresses, but that's just me. I don't know if it'll look in with it together in real life.

hmm are they real? i think they are. i did my nails a few weeks ago and everyone kept thinking they were fake hhaaha.. i think it's because my nails are really really long

yea they are real XD my nails are naturally long(this isnt even long for me yet i just grew them out a little bit) usually when i paint my nails they look so fake x_x; FAKE NAILS dont even fit my nails D: they're like a size smaller than mine haha

i don't keep my nails long for hygiene reasons never had the patience to do it myself as well haha

^ i think i only put one layer of blue on my index finger. messed up a bit.

i have realnail that i make look like fake
it hard work and sorta annoying but my nails grow to qiuck to have fake nails on
which is realli anyoing beacause it grows in 2 days and the paint start to fall on --> like ... it hard to descibe but its not cheap of thick layer of nails polish either

finished those 2 days ago~ summer colors-french manicure + white roses and laces!
With my favorite summer colors green, yellow and pink!

I like Aestas's blue nail polish! The only nail polish colors I seem to own is red, white, pink, dark pink and clear. =[

I loveeeeeeeeeeeeee packet85's. =] Very simple. I did my nails but they seem...very bad. I only like my middle finger hahha, but I can't post it up because I didn't take any pictures. :x

let me answer your questions now:

the nail polish I used was ASTOR mikado pink (#18), u.m.a. nail art special in yellow (#62) and colors for you green (#501).
I don't know if they sell exactly the same colors and/or brands over in your country, I think "colors for you" nail polish is in germany only~!
I basically tried to find some nice colors, without looking at the brand. some cheap makeup brands have good colors too!

Then I bought some clear fake nails when I was in Tokyo visiting my friends! I just colored the fingertips in each color, then added some white laces and roses nail art sticker, then some clear nail polish to fix it, then the rhinstones and then again clear nail polish to fix it!
I put on the rhinstones while the clear nail polish hasn't dried yet.
and then I waited, put on another clear polish coat, just in case & to fix it all 100%.

it's imported to wait until each coat is 100% dry before you apply the next one!

and most ofthe time it's smaller than my nail so i can't file it either.
