i use this really simply nail ket... i dunno if anyone else uses it but yeah.. i love it!... its the best... i got it at the mall one year... but cant find it anywhere now.... i order replacements polish off of gmarket.... its really cool.. all you go is put nail polish on the plate scrape it off and stamp it on your nail...

i mean the onces especially for um, making your nails stronger and longer, healthier, etc

i have the second one. dunno if its working for me. but i used up 1/2 of it.
after like a few months. i feel that now it got a bit stronger.
sucks cuz my nails are so thin. but they're kinda strong

btw..
when you girls put on nail polish. you wait till it chips off little by little? or do you take it off after like 4-5 days?
cuz i heard you nails have to breath and stuff. so iunno.
when i put the cover on, i just let it chip off by itself.

i use the sally hansen anti-aging nail base + top coat. it doesn't do anything (ridge or strength wise) except making cheaper nail polish apply smoother.

i take mine off every 3-4 days then let it breath until the end of the week. then over the weekend i paint them again.

when they chip..that's when i start taking it off...
but yeah... i put like 4-5 days intervals...for resting time...^^;;

Do any of you guys know what the fan-like brush is used for when painting/ decorating nails?




I used this one. I felt a major difference within a month or two (three months is the max), and my nails are still as strong although I haven't used it for many, many, many months. I absolutely love it because my nails are so strong that I sometimes accidentally cut myself with them.

Oh, I used clear by the way. That way I could re- paint them every week.

hmm so you're saying theres a clear version of that 'HARD AS NAILS' one?

Rea: referring to the breathing nail thing! i leave them on.. my nails are damaged anyways.. i leave them on to remind me not to bite them..

and plus.. i like leaving them on because then..i can see how long they grow... so then i know my nail growing rate!

but i used to chip them off all the time..because i got really bored..i don't really think about my nails having to breath..

i do like to keep them clean though!

sally hansen products are really good! but i don't know if the nail hardener works.. sally hansen does alot of other cosmetic stuff..but.. i think all nail polishes are the same..

i can only tell the difference is if..the nail polish hasn't been used and it starts to thicken..that when you know the nail polish brand sucks.. the good ones i think! are actually the ones that seperate..when you can see two layer of liquid and you have to shake it up to remix them.. that way.. its more liquidy and doesn't thicken..when it thickens you end up with globs of nail polish..that look like clumps of poop on your nails!! and plus..they rub off too! ^^;; just had to mention that..

because i wonder if you guys throw it out when it gets clumpy and sticky!

glittering too... people who do their nails at home won't have an airbrush to do blends. so the next best thing would be the fan brush.

so i got these nails from my friend who buys them for me from japan
this time i got 19 different designs
and am planning to sell them

mine are kind of flowery with little jewels, and the plain ones w/o 3d are pink with glitter, slightly softer pink french tip for all
(sorry image quality is so bad, took it on my mac webcam)

they all have 24 nails, to fit all sizes, 8 of the nails have 3d designs on them for you to put wherever...
they come pre-glued
so you can put them on real quick and they can be reused with new glue ^^
takes 15-20 min to take off just soak in warm water

i'm planning on selling them from 20$s, depending on the design
(some of them have hardcore jewels on them haha so that's more expensive)

opening a shop on soompi soon so...i'll keep all you nail fans updated!

ok so i talked to the girl who has those really cute nail designs on that chinese forum. basically she told me she'll do any nail design you want. you just have to send her the pics. HOWEVER, she gets fees for accepting US dollars( %4 fee), so it's $25 for a pair of nails designs plus shipping fee which makes it around $40(it takes 7 days for it to come to the US) plus the fee for accepting the money. If we do it in one big group though, we share the shipping fee. Some people think $25 is expensive, but you know getting french nail tips costs $5 for each finger in a nail place in the US, so I don't think it's that bad. i'm thinking about buying a pair next month, so if anyone wants to buy as a group pm me.

DAMMIT THIS POOR quality!

my sister's set of nails.. on the thumbs and middle fingers are silver bullions(or nail beads)..i had to put them on one buy one.. there's a crown on her middle finger and a cross onthe other..on her thumb are bands with one rhinestone in the middle.. then on the rest of her fingers..theres pink,blue,white flowers with white and pink bullions to make them look like they pop out or her nails.. they look nice..but the flowers and the rhinestones don't match..but they look nice.. took me all day..(spent the whole thanksgiving day doing her nails.. putting them on and everything).they look better than the picture shows..

Not everyone free hands it. Thats why, ppl buy FRENCH TIP MANICURE STICKERS. Its not possible to have the 100% steady hand.

actually i think those you have to make with acrylic powder & whatnot.
i've had mine done with 3d stuff before and it was not something they just stick on, it had to be made by hand onto the nail..
