a lot of the nails are really pretty. i suck at doing nails....maybe i should get them done?

.. one question. RAINii~ How did you blend the Pink/sparkle polish?? Some people say use the nail polish remover.. but it doesn't really work for me

^ noooo~ >,< don't use nail polish remover !!
you can backstroke (like instead of putting it on away from you, you brush it toward you) the clear polish (top coat) on the still wet pink polish,
the clear polish will pull some of the nail polish down, like a blend

& i love your black tips <333
i did that for halloween once, with white polka dots
and your nails are nice

Nope, they're not the ones with fake nails...mine just had a light pink polish and a white polish and came with those little curved stickers, like 20 of them and I re-use them if I can too to last longer...you might be able to find it at CVS or some local drugstore.

you can just use clear nail polish to stick it on. and then put 1 or 2 layers over the whole nail after it dries

I have tiny fingers, so it's always hard to find the right size :\ and I also do a lot of crafts, so I can't have em long. I always end up cutting them when I get em ><

i wasn't able to go out and buy/try the manicure stickers yet but meh i just did it my usual way. one day, i will go out and buy it though!

so girls, I'm sure many of you have long nails or wear fake nails.. how do you guys take off your contacts?? I have a hard time taking them off and makes me want to cut my nails but i like my long nails =(

what i do is... instead of using my thumb + index finger
i use my thumb and my middle finger to take off the contacts
try not to use ur nails to take out ur contacts =-=
use ur finger to sort of slide your contacts to one side and.. =D

i still use my index finger and thumb

except I use the SIDES of them instead of the tips

i dunno.. i think i just got justed to putting on contacts
i do it more down from the nail, if that makes sense lol

it's a different style
you don't use nail polish but you use paint
it's a lot more difficult but is really pretty and unique looking

Since this is the nail thread... anyone know how I can whiten the tips of my natural nails? They've become yellow from using nail polish all the time...

i have the same problem as you! i havent gone without nail polish for more than 2 hours these past 2 years because my nails turned yellow >< but also because i became obsessed with it xD.
i think the only way would be just to wait for it to grow out. or put on a few extra layers of base coat before putting on colour. ive been trying that, and it seems to be working a bit better.

OOO pls make a tutorial of that with the brush if you can LOL
im very interested becuas eihave skinny brush! lol

and about the nail yellowing:
it's from old nail polish or from wearing them too long
the only way to prevent it is to always have a base coat on before you put the color on
since you already have this, just let it grow out
maybe you can try buffing it..

^yellow is from the nail polish covering the nail too long. there's no oxygen going to ur nails-- that's why it turns yellow

it's digital nail printing on your nails, it's like a boxy machine, and you stick your fingers in it and it prints patterns onto your nails, quick and easy =D , it can put details on your nails like nobody's business XD i heard it's popular in korea and japan, and it's starting to catch on in places in china.
and shanghai only has 1 machine atm, which is where i got it done yesterday xP there's like 500+ patterns to choose from

i didn't bring my usb for my camera so it'll have to wait a day ahaha ><

omg.. i would LOVEEEEEEEE to get my nails done ryt now.. but my nails are so shorttt.. that means i have to get the fake ones.. =[
