^ mizchickie, ur cuticle area looks really healthy! do u push them back or cut them? nice nails too btw.

Thanks! I don't cut them because when it grows back, it grows back thicker and the cuticles become more rigid. If you want to do something to your cuticles, I suggest only push them a little back. You can also put cuticle oil to soften around it. Hope this helps!

thanks for the tips! i push mine back too but whenever i get manicures and they cut the skin around my nails, i swear it looks alot better so thats why i wanna cut mine too.. but too scared to do it myself. i guess i'll just stick to pushing them back.

HELP!!
i have really weak nails, and even when i paint on those nail strengtheners they still tend to chip or break in a couple days. i 'd like to grow my nails nice and long for once =_=

any siggestions?

When I went to China a month ago, this whole row of people who decorated people's nails had really wild nails.. some were pretty but others too OTT with scales under the nails and huge crystals. I did mine, fantail wings but didn't take a photo. -__-

What's cheaper? Getting the premade white tips or the tips that haven't been painted white yet? (acrylic) I just got my nails done two days ago (and this is my second time doing this, so i'm still lost on how to ask how to do my nails ) and i was confused. @_@

^ oh oh! i know! ok i saw this method on a TV show while i was in Hong Kong. I personally have not tried it but it looks cool while the lady did it on TV O_o;

You will need
- A glass of water
- nail polish [ 2 colors, preferably white and something else. you use more than 2 colors if oyu want though ]
- toothpick
- nail polish remover & cotton balls

1. First, open your first bottle of nail polish and let it drip onto the water, it should be floating. Use a toothpick so that the floating patch of color is touching the edge of the glass.
2. Get your second color and let it drop on top of the color from step 1.
3. repeat 1 & 2 a couple of times [it should look like... uhm a target right now XD]
4. use a toothpick and swirl the two colors together so it forms some sort of design on the water. You have to be careful here because you might fish the whole pattern out x_x;
4. after you finish designing the pattern with the toothpick, dip your nail into the design & pull it out. Let the pattern dry on your finger and use nail polish remover to remove excess polish.
5. use toothpick to 'fish' the remaining designs out. Or you can use that for your other fingers but the design is probably ruin now because you've already dipped your fingers in it once.....
Then you just repeat the whole thing for each of your fingers n_n; i'm sorry, i'm really horrible at explaining but tell me if any of you guys try it @_@!~~

It's soo difficult to paint a cute design on your nails yourself!
I always mess up everything trying to get the same design on my right hand as on my left hand XD
That sucks.
But I like using fake nails, designing them, and them putting them on with tabs!
I have already done a few simple design a long time ago to see if it works.
