wow thats REALLY long.. how do u type with those nails?? someone suggested nail stickers to put on your real nails first and then layer on the fake nail afterwards in some previous page. she said it worked well. i found her post below. maybe you could try them instead of glue?

I've always wanted nails like those, but they look so long, it sounds like a hassl.e I grow my nails long, but it starts to annoy me. I mean, all the dirt and stuff goes under and I can barely pick up anything. =P They look awesome. I love this thread

Well, I bought the Sally Hansen French Shimmer set which has 2 colors (the nude and the white) and manicure guides. They're thin white stickers you put on your nails so you can get straight lines. I don't use the nude Sally nail polish, though--it went on streaky. Instead, I used Opi's "Up Close and Personal" (a delicate pale gold glitter) and layered it twice with Essie's sheer pink nude, "Delicacy". So even though my nails are a light nude, their is a very faint glimmer in the sunlight from the bottom layer of Opi. And I used the white that came with the Sally set for the tips.

Ooh, are you supposed to mix the powder with the liquid? Is that how it works? Or do you mix it with something else? And that glass nail thing, what's glass nail? And do we apply this on our natural nails or is it only supposed to be with fake nails?

i totally agree, the drugstore brand french nail colors go on really streaky...it sucks.

Mine doesn't streak at all. I use the same brand too.

I bought the S. Hansen one too and yes it is streaky most of the time but if you apply it correctly it'll be okay.. the first few times doing the French manicure was so freaking difficult -.- But now its easier with a bit of practice
