Has anyone ever watched this series back in 1999 or does anyone have the DVD? The series is pretty good. Please post anything you like about Roswell!

i like roswell! too bas it didnt last that long. It's underrated i guess. I like all the cast and the story of it.

i remember watching this, it was sooo different and i loved the story line, i finished series one on tv but then stoopid BBC (i live in the uk) stopped broadcasting it so i never got to watch series 2 don't know why, so i never finished watching the whole thing!!

hm... i might try go searching for it again hehe or buy the box set!!
does anyone know wot happened in the final episode of series 2?? and i remember there was that baby it was jason behr's and that other alien girl what happened to them>???

I loved Roswell to death and I still do but the thing that I hated most was how the ended the series, the final episode of the series just pissed me off so much, it was like they didn't know what to do ( like a grand gesture) and they just settled for the next best thing, whcih wasn't really great. Overall it was a great series just that last episode ruined everything for me.

I LOVED this show when it was on. Jason Behr is a cutie and his character was so *sweet*.
I really hated it when Claire from LOST showed up in the series with their "child".
That just really made things weird for me.

How did it end? I'm sure I watched it... but it was SO long ago that I can't recall how they ended things...

I like this show, starting was okay but the storyline kinda drags at the later stage.

Roswell was my favourite show,maybe my all time favourite, i watched it twice, on TV and DVD. still love jason behr till now. the cast were perfect, jason behr, katherine heigl, brendan fehr, and shiri appleby..beautiful people! as far as i know, roswell made it through the third season, though i didn't watch the third season, the end of second season made me lost interest, but season 1 was the best!! i love those couples: liz-max, maria-michael, isabel-colin hanks(i forget his name in the show)! and now supernatural kinda reminds me of roswell.

I remember Roswell...I also remember it was one of my favorite tv shows at that time and was quite disappointed when they ended it so abruptly; I don't think the ratings were too high...
after they cancelled I caught episodes on the SciFi channel but I think they stopped showing the reruns too.

I was seriously obsessed with Roswel back in the day partly cause I love love love Jason Behr and Shiri Appleby's chemistry on screen. They look so great together that I've been wishing to see them again together, lol.

Plot and storyline wise, I do have to say that while it's interesting and different, it was pretty boring, what with all the alien complication and stuff. I finally got around to buying season 1 and 3 DVDs, and to this day I woul.d still sometimes pop it uo on my DVD player simply cause I want to see Max and Liz and Michael and Maria together, hehe..

I love how SciFi brought Roswell back! YAYYYY!

My friend told me it was because of the excessive kissing/bed whatever scenes later on in the show.
I first read the book then found out it was showing on SciFi channel.. interesting and all but storyline dragged later on. I still love this show though.
Shiri and Jason had the chemistry.

i cant really remember the ending... but i remember not liking it. it was really rushed.

I loved Roswell. I was so addicted, even when they started showing it late night due to the lack of viewers. I actually stayed up to watch it even when I had school. I have a few episodes on tape. I really need to get the DVDs. I was so obsessed with Michael and Maria (even more so because they were together in real life at the time) and all their moments together and every time Majandra sang on the show. Ahh they are such a sweet couple!! I didn't quite like the last episode but I thought it was an alright ending. It was sad when Alex died and it was always funny with the Tabasco sauce and their code word for the alien trio. Aw I miss it so much. Too bad it only lasted 3 seasons.

I absolutely loved the show, actually watching the dvd right now lol. The third/last season focused on tying up loose ends and the shows characters. From the parents finally finding out about the kids, Tess and the kid issue resolved, Liz also starting to develop powers from being healed by Max. One of the powers was sight, in the last episode Liz gets flashes of her and the three aliens death at graduation. In short the gang basically run when the government step in Max+Liz Micheal+Maria Kyle and Isabelle (her husband left behind). Then Liz's voiceover while we see in the next scene Max and Liz getting married in a small chapel (he proposed earlier in the last ep and then they.....finally), then the scene shifts to the crashdown where her dad is reading her diary she left for her dad (to explain everything). Also in the last ep Valenti got his job back. Good ending just wish it didn't have to end.

i love this show!!!!..my friend has the whole collection...so i'm planning to rewatch everything during the summer.

You can watch it on the SciFi channels but I don't know what time.
It's usually during school hours, but if you're in college, check the SciFi channel.
It shows the program randomly, in random orders... but its good nonetheless.
I loved Max Evans. It was sad seeing him in the Grudge though. Well, if you watched it, you know why.
Liz is pretty but she annoyed the heck out of me.

Remember the episode when future Max came back from the past and told Liz that she can't be with him (present Max).
And future Max said that present Max has to be with Tess? And he told her that they actually got married in the future?
Oh my lord, that was so sad. She had to pretend she was sleeping with Kyle for present Max to see, and his heart was broken.
I felt bad for Liz because she asked future Max to dance to their supposed wedding song. But he disappeared. However, they still ended up together. Very weird. LOL. I think its because Tess was actually a sick beeatch. kakaka.

Isabel was and still is gorgeous. I enjoy watching her in Grey's Anatomy

I remember being really addicted to this show, I was always trying to find out the spoilers for the next episode in the net and also bought the books. Too bad the story started to really lag after the 2nd season, I couldn't bare to watch it anymore. I feel the same thing is going on with Smallville.

I also used to be crazy about this show. Jason Behr is such a sweetie. I stopped watching this series after the 1st season. The story getting more confusing and less interesting.

I used to be crazy about this show but I missed a lot of the last season I think. Oddly enough from what I can remember at the time I actually preferred Tess to Liz but then I read Tess did the dirty on him in the end. So just shows what a good judge of character I am.

the episode where Future max came to warn liz --- like many of you, was one of my favorites. I remembered i cried so much because present max was hurt. The song at the end was also nice, i think i Dled the song after watching that episode. ^^ haha
Gosh... i remember waiting for every episode during the 1st and 2nd series, and i somehwat stopped during the 3rd series cuz it was getting to scientific-y for me. But yea... i loved this show. Makes me want to buy the dvd set.

I loved Max and Liz, and the first season was the best. I remember wanting to have the songs they featured in the show. And have a collection of songs from Roswell. Bought the books and the CD they released too. This show was good. BUt Tess sort of threw me off. Did not like the story when it went that way.

i hated how they killed off colin hanks character. it made me so sad how he would always come back and give isabel advice. but her husband adam wasnt bad eye candy either.

i pretty much agree with all of you about tess. when she came on the show, it messed up everything. she was such a ..... couldnt stand her character at all.

i was obsessed with michael and maria too - they made a cute couple (reel and real life). remember when season 1 started maria had really short hair and then she started wearing hair extensions - she looked so pretty.

my favorite michael-maria moment was when michael got soaked in the rain and maria kept him warm

so that was the ending? i remember watching that episode on scifi. but yeah, that was sad. though, i only watched some episodes, i kinda knew what was happening. but im glad that they end up being together, instead of him with tessa. i didnt like tessa at all.

i was freakin obsessed about this show. Brendan Fehr <333 thou i wasn't one of the ones putting hot sauce on everything. so mad when it was cancelled. they should have let the show end properly. as soon as it went to UPN i knew the end was near. SciFi still gives reruns in marathons. i should buy the dvds. Jason Behr is coming out with the movie D-war aka Dragon Wars, based on a korean legend. am i the only one who that that it was weird about the last names Fehr and Behr? anyway. really miss that show.
