w-inds. is the most active out of the three as far as I know. You guys should read Ryohei and Keita's blogs translated into English by wizardwinds @ lj. Ryohei's entries are SO CUTE.

Lead and Flame don't get as much promotion as w-inds. now because w-inds. is more popular and far more worth the money to promote. Not my opinion, but the truth if you look at it from a producer's POV.

actually i liked flame the least. from w-inds, i looooved ryohei and from lead it kinda jumped around haha. but i stopped listening to lead after their 1st album though. and for w-inds i stopped listening after love is message. now i just listen to their old songs and watch videos of them when they were younger

I listened to all of them. I got into J-pop because of Lead. Before that I was "Johnny's Jr.s argh". LMAO. I thought boy bands were only from Johnny's Jr.s. [I like JJ's now though D: because of Lead]. I think Lead's popularity declined but that's me. Flame pretty much disappeared. w-inds is all over the place.

my first love was w-inds they were acutally my first JPOP band where i got all fan girl mode on them hehe back when i was what 14-15 years old?? maybe slightly older!! i LOVE keita tachibana still do, hehe w-inds are soo cute and so talented i like how they improve each year!! i remember that period the super lover and love is message period hehe and how obsess i was with them!! i always think its a shame that it seems in japan their popularity is restricted although when u watch their summer tours u can still see that they r popular and can still fill the concert halls!!! although in comparison to other Johnny group w-inds is less successful but talent wise, with keita's vocal they are amazing!! plus i always hope that ryohei and ryuichi will start singing more now and slowly they are singing just a little little bit more now!!
but it seems like this year w-inds is more active in japan which i am very happy about it!! suprisingly w-inds is very popular in hong kong the girls there are crazy about them!!

i think LEad is sitll fairly popular but i dontk now where FLAME is now after when one of the member left and was replaced i remember they had one single out as a new unit but i dont see them anymore!! i used to love seeing WFL together and their interactions hehe and watching factory generation!! miss those days!!

Wow this thread is quit old. I like w-inds. first. They were the first j-pop group I like that got me into j-pop music. Then lead and then flame. And yes that wflforum I was also a member, a very long time ago.
I'm starting to listen to w-inds. again though.

wFL was and still is better than Johnny's!!! >0 I don't care what anyone says.

FLAME was my first Jpop love, mannn, I grew UP with Kyohei *gushes*
And then w-inds. came second, because I LOVE their dancing. Their dancing is more fun to cover than Wonder Girls or all the girl kpop groups people are always doing dance covers of. And Keita can singggg.
And Lead. I was never a HUGE Lead fan, but I liked them~

But...it's the Thailand fanclub, so it's 70% Thai.. I don't know of an english forum or site for them that's still up, sadly, I wish I did~

I'm more of a Kpop fan now, but I still watch out for news on all three of them because they were the groups that really pulled me into the asian music fandom.

This brings back memories. I use to live on wfl forums. I got so many wfl goods from that forum. I can't believe super-lover.net is still around.
At least some sites from my super obsessed days are still around. I really wish Flame and Lead would release new music, but Flame most of all. At least they haven't completely disappeared.

Even though I'm not into w-inds. as much as I use to be, I'm so happy their still around.

Actually, from someone that still follows them and is a big dork, they've reunited FLAME for a tour. They were involved in a musical earlier this year with Lead, and now they've got their own tour again. There's also a rumor going around thanks to YesAsia that Lead will be releasing a new single in August.
