Thoughts on this anime?


Watched 4 episodes. I wasn't sold until after the second episode. It's good, better than I was thinking it would be.


I realize that the boy is frightened and lost his family but does he have to be so annoying about Clare?

I thought there was a thread on this already, but I guess not according to the sticky.

he did travel with her and later on you'll see him become useful...but you can also see that their bond are getting much closer and closer.

Yea this anime is pretty alright. i dont like the boy though. annoying as hell. but the storyline totally captured me. so many twists and turns. cant wait to see how it ends up.

i like how they're going into clare's past with teresa, but they did it so randomly...

The anime isnt as good as the manga, but still good

I was so lost when they started with the flashback episodes. I'm like, oh so is that Clare when she was little? They could have implemented it so much better than that.

but they do it the same way with the manga. as far as i can tell, the anime follows the manga pretty nicely.

I agree, the manga seems a bit more exciting than the anime right now, but Claymore is still awesome. The fighting scenes in the anime are pretty crazy though!

they've done a really great job with the anime imo. animation is played out really well, no frontin about that.

i watched 2 eps. it seems decent. i can't believe the kid cries more than clare, who just killed her best friend.

i read and watch .. i usually don't like the animes of most mangas cuz they tend to botch it up.. but they're doing rather well with this one. I'm so glad.

I've only watched the anime so far, but I play to read the manga soon. This is such a great anime! I think one of the best so far this season.

i love this manga. The anime is pretty good too. But I hope raki dies or something because he is such a cry baby wuss that he is getting on my nerves. For those who have read the manga, I think raki might get in the way of clare revenging tereasa. Anways, Isley is really hot.

i think this is one of those --must see-- animes of the season

this is soo worth it to download..ahaha to tell you i'm a bittorrent d/l ususally it takes an hour or two to finsh d/ll a new release ep but for this one it's 15 min....for me only...becuase a lot of ppl d/l it.

I actually was at a con that was showing this so I finally got to see a few eps. They showed eps 1-3 and ep 3 ends at a cliffhanger. You shoulda heard the groaning in the room when the lights came on to signal the end of the showing. Not too disappointing though considering they showed Darker than Black afterwards. I am hoping to catch the rest of Claymore, I really enjoyed the few eps I saw.

I just watched this last night up to epi 11 and I am hooked!! I love the story and I love how it gets down and dirty and straight to the point, unlike Naruto and Bleach that can go 5 eps without any progress.

Before I created this I looked to see if anyone did a thread about Claymore already but I didn't see any.

I guess this show so far is the best I've seen of this season. But there are probably a couple others I thought were good.

Yes o_o the dwellers of the deep are pretty much former rank 1's that awakened. Who know since when because we all know claymores never age. And neither do the awakened. Iunno, do u want me to tell u spoilers? xD If i say anymore i do.

Ya, i hated how theresa died. She didnt even go full power damnit. $%^$#$ pisses me off still when i talk bout it. =|

saw the anime-got hooked
then read the manga, and it was good till the recent chapters. i think it is steering towards some unpleasant waters with its storyline...it isn't alluring as it was from the first several chapters

at first, i wasn't too impressed with the synopsis and all those, but after the first episode (HOOKED!)
maybe it gets bloody at times, but if it wasn't, it wouldn't be realistic
i totally recommend this to people

i watched it on crunchyroll at first, but this anime is meant to be watched with high quality!

Obviously, if an anime isn't Naruto or Bleach (or Death Note) it won't be getting any high quality treatment. It' sad to say, but it's the truth.

Ya know, what if theres this twist with Raki being some magically abled and powerful male Claymore. lol. But he can control his power unlike the past males. Or maybe he became an awakened 1/2 yoma. Hehehe!

i hope raki turns into a yoma and then has no choice to be killed by clare, end of story, clare can cry a river for a bit, but then builds a bridge and gets over it, then finds herself a another good man whos not a chicken sh*t like raki.

I've been a big fan of this anime since day one. It's a bit gory, but it's got a great storyline and pace to it. It reminds me of the series "Tokko" if you ever saw that. Anyways it's up to episode 18 already, i'm looking forward to them fighting the Awakened Beings.

i read up to the latest chapters dat came out..and...I CANT WAIT TO SEE MORE IN THE ANIME XD

she was probably the most kickass character in the series

When I started watching this anime, I was quite bored at first but when it reached the Teresa arc, I got hooked. The best anime out right now IMO.
