I use Maxthon for a web browser . It has tabbed windows as well and u can just double click on it to close it. And if u press alt and ~ at the same time, it minimizes the browser into ur taskbar icons. I'm not sure if the other browsers u have listed support these functions as well .

Hi Anyone know anything about WinAvi 7.1. I tried to conver one of the video but there is an error. The video are able to play at the Window Media. I assume there is a missing code/codec for winavi. i think i need a code/codec called directx 8.1. anyone know where i can download this?

and just to let you know AVG has a virus scanner for Linx machines
and also at the AVG website there is a Spyware program called ewido anti-spyware Free http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 links for both the Linx Virus scanner and Spyware program can be found there

also F-Secure has added Spyware to it's bundle, so you can get Anti-virus/spyware/firewall with the bundle...but it will not let you run any other spyware programs while it is installed...it made me uninstall my Ad-aware.

Well, if you just want to create still ones, you can just use PhotoPlus.
If you wanna create animated ones, try DrawPlus. However, I think PhotoPlus also allows you to do that but I've never tried.

Not likely, the only way that you can get it 'free' semi-legally (its still probably not legal but it'll get you the whole program) is if you signed up for a computer science course at University that gives you a MSDN subscription and then download (it provides cdkeys as well) and drop out of the class.

There's also academic discounts you could get, or simply get the less pricey versions such as Student/Teacher version.

Otherwise, just use the alternative which is OpenOffice.
