I obviously don't know who sings it or what it's called 'cause i'm not thai

but there's two girls who sing the song and the lyrics have 'sarang hae yo' in it.

I think it's probably the song 'Sarang hae yo' by Neko Jump
The two girls are twins and like most of Thai teen singers, they try to look Japanese/Korean.
