anyway, I'm really hoping that all goes on schedule and the book does come out in the fall.
800 pages. O___O OMFG. that'll be one long read. Hours and hours of Edward Cullen. can't wait.

Twilight was amazingly captivating and hard to put down, though I didn't like it as much for its words. Her descriptions are okay, and her books are pretty easy to read. (It's a good break for me from Macbeth, lol) Even though it's a simple read, i loved the conversations. I know I've smiled more than a couple times while reading both Twilight and New Moon.

New Moon wasn't that bad. Honestly, it was just the part where she was trying to get over their breakup. It went on and on. And everyone is waiting for Edward to appear...
The plot was kinda.. incoherent. And there's a bit of an anti-climax i don't like when they meet the Volturi. Nevertheless, it was hard to put down too

Now I have to get Eclipse. Teehee.

Right there describes why I couldn't read the book properly without rolling my eyes or stopping every five minutes. Her writing style was really nothing special and the descriptions...ugh. Seriously she needs to either find new metaphors for Edward's damn eyes or just stop mentioning it 52958265981 times. I was so disappointed by this book because people kept telling me to read it and I thought it would be great because the concept was rather interesting. However the writing completely ruined it for me and I found her characters really flat and boring. I never completely got why exactly Edward loved Bella so much besides the fact that she smelled nice or why Bella loved Edward so much because all I got was the fact that he was hot. Actually the fact that Edward was so attractive was one that I couldn't miss seeing as the author felt the need to reassure me of that fact all the time. I haven't read her later books but I think I'll give them a try some time because this was her first book and I'm hoping her writing has gotten better since Twilight.

i just finished reading new moon. AHHHH !!! i hated how isabella dragged the story a bit with her grieving, but i understand fully well that i couldnt have survived if i just went through what she did =D
i was planning on waiting 3 weeks for the library to have it available, but im gonna go buy it =D
its freaking $18, so im buying it online. at barnes&noble.com, its still the same, but at walmart.com, its only $9 =D ah ! im gonna order from them, hopefully ill get to read eclipse in 3 days

Sadly there isn't a Walmart in Queens, New York... and the closest Book store is the local Barns and Noble... >< but i use my gift card that my friends got me for my birthday! so i cut the price almost in half!

I'm really looking forward to 'Breaking Dawn' consider it has to be at least 800 pages of non stop Edward and Bella.
I really am curious on what the fourth book is putting forward, and what kind of trouble Bella is getting herself into again, Vampire or not.
Can't wait and hopefully the movie for Twilight won't be TOO disappointing considering there's NO ONE good enough to be Edward.

After reading the series it was like there wasn't any other books that i could get into like Stephenie Meyer's. Sigh*

I didn't enjoy this book as much as i though i would. It wasn't completely a horrible book nor an amazing book. To me the whole book was basically Bella going to Edward "don't leave me" over and over again. Didn't feel there was actually a Climax in the book nor much of an actually plot. =/

She puts herself in really awkward situations. I don't even know why Edward likes her.

it was okay i did enjoy it~
it was pretty predictable at times, but i like stephenie meyer's writing style~
overall it was a good book~

i think that robert pattinson would make a great edward,
i don't see why people (especially on youtube) jump to conclusions to say that he's ugly...
that fustrates me the most, they should judge him after they watch the movie~

Hi! After reading everybody's comments on here, I bought "Twilight" yesterday and am totally addicted. Edward's mysterious character is sooo enticing. Anyways, I was wondering if you guys can comment on the sequels.

I think the guy picked to play Edward Cullen is PERFECT. He's light-skinned, w/ dark hair and definitely has a mysterious air to him.

^New moon is okay, it gets a little 'eh' for me around the middle.
And oh my gosh, eclipse was such a dissapointment for me, not only did Bella drive me up the wall with her sobbing etc, I wanted to pick Jacob up and throw him across the universe.

Of course this is my opinion, and if you like Jacob, my opinion is pretty irrelevant. (:

I just finished all three books for this series. I really liked the first one the best. I'm really looking forward to the book that is written in Edward's perspective cuz he's my fave character!

I haven't read through this whole forum yet, but anyone recommend any other similar books (not manga though - already love Vampire Knight too) to hold me over until the next one comes out?

i finished Eclipse two days ago.
Seriously, i know that the last two books are needed, but isabella is driving me nuts.
it pisses me off and she drives me to the wall..

cmon, JACOB SAID HE HEALS FAST ! she needs to stick it to her head and listen to the details !!! shes slow sometimes

edward, bella and alice had already come back from italy...
the conflict between edwardxbellaxjacob is more know to the audience...
and you're probably by the end of the book... going to either hate or love jacob...
