As far as their main heroes go, yes, but there are many many many other under represented characters in marvel's universe.

Robert Downey Jr definatley works as Tony Starks...i mean both have had to overcome drug addiction, so i think itll be easy for Jr to play that role, if the movie calls for it, but either way he definatly looks the part. Terrence Howard as War Machine is friggin awesome! and Samuel L Jackson's rumour cameo as Nick Fury is gunna be great! (Nick Fury movie seems like itll get the green light)

i cant wait to see this movie but i wonder how they will be able to do an Avengers movie if some of the Avengers get solo movies (Iron Man, Captain America, Luke Cage, Ant Man, Hulk, Thor) and each have big name actors to play the role, i think itll be hard to gather them all together at one time to produce an allstar film...i think they definatly should have done an Avengers film after the XMen films started taking off, like they did with FF.

I thought i read somewhere that Eric (shinhwa) was going to be in it? lol or maybe i was dreaming...

Haven't heard about this movie, but now that I just read about it here -- well, I wanna see it!

I love RDJ, I mean, LOVE, ever since his cheesy movies from the 90s. I've never looked forward to a movie as much as I have with this one, and only because he's in it, as I've never read any Marvel comics - I didn't even watch the Spiderman/X-Men/Hulk movies . I hope this will be good. His talent was so talked-about back in the days, but overtime it just got overshadowed by his personal problems. He did sorta made some noise in the last couple of years with great performances in Scanner darkly, Zodiac, Kiss kiss bang bang, etc, but I hope this movie can cement his comeback. Edward Norton's coming out in "Incredible Hulk" too, I guess next year will be year of the superheroes...

3 more months until this movie is released.

I love RDJr! I keep hearing good reviews so I am totally down to see this! I even entered a contest "to Be Tony Stark" for a weekend- like chopper rides and limos around LA- typical billionaire stuff (feeding my obsession )

I really like this movie & RDJ absolutely rocks as Iron Man!!! Would go to watch the sequel if they ever do one~ Much much better than the silly Jet Li & Jacky Chan movie imho.

I'm super hyped for this movie, it looks really good.
Versus some other *cough* marvel movies that have been disappointing ;_;

I went to watch it today and it was money well spent.
It had everything the average marvel movie has but the humour was actually funny, action from beginning to end and of course drama.
Downey Jr was perfect for the role and the supporting cast did a good job also.

omg this movie was amazing.i watched it yesterday and i m so happy- i absoultly loved robert as iron man, this movie had it all.

this movie definitely met my expectations. Iron Man's suit is just sexy. I'll be willing watch an entire movie with him just fighting in an arena with anyone for 90 minutes.

Movie was definitely worth my money.
Great movie based on a comic book.. some others went wrong but this one was excellent.
Amazing graphics and great cast! Funny, suspenseful sometimes, entertaining... good combo.
I didn't stay for the credits either =/.. I wish I did now.

Ha, I just saw it and LOVED IT.
The technology- like the computers and such were SO cool. And his house was just awesome.
I have a feeling there's going to be a sequel- right? I hope so.
