i love love love his pieces. they're amazing. i never get tired of them. would i be able to find his album at any regular music store?

i don't like his pieces. i think they're mostly fluff and i find them too repetitive.

i'd rather just listen to Debussy's 'suite bergamesque' or Ravel's 'pavane' which Yiruma songs tries to be like.

I've only got 'River Flows in You' and DAMN that is the most beautiful piece I've ever heard!

I love 'Kiss the Rain'(?) or something like that! Something with a rain in it hahas. It's a very soothing piece of music.

He's a great pianist, but I wouldn't exactly call him a virtuoso. ^^;

thats exactly what i thought when i first heard his stuff. and i thought it was kinda odd cause i assumed he was japanese [that damn name fooled me!].



i remember a long time ago someone posted up an album here that featured instrumental music from various artists [im assuming they were korean ones because i recognized 2 of them in korean dramas. "river flows in you" was one of the tracks that i kept and another one called "tear". does anyone know what album im talking about?

and if not, could any of you recommend any other musicians that are similar to yiruma?
