Young and Dangerous 1-3. theres actually like 9 of them but only 1-3 is good and my wife is a gangster 1-3 is good.

I agree. It's not a movie; more of a drama, but it's excellent.

And then there's Gangster High (Korean movie). Doesn't focus on gangsters but instead the street meaning of high schoolers who get caught up in the mix with bad guys. And all they wanted to do was play soccer... A very touching movie about friendship.

I can only think of two.

Election. There's a sequel to it titled Election 2 but in the US I think it was titled Triad Election. I haven't seen the second one but the first one was really good.

And then Brother. A indie film starring Takeshi Kitano. I love this movie.

I haven't watched it but I've seen the trailer on YouTube and it looks very interesting.

i like Gangster High (korean movie) the fighting scenes were pretty realistic but not way too gruesome

well i have to warn you the earlier ones are better than the newer ones

I also liked young and dangerous prequel with nic tse in it. I don't think it was as popular but i really thought it was good
