its not AS hard but the guy helps you learn better techniques
in doing crunches and such

you should keep your chin up [not touching you chest or anything]
looking straight at the ceiling
keep your elbows far far far apart like

then you should start to feel a more intense burn
kinda
and leg lifts
those help carve out the amazing V
of the abs and stuff
so be sure to do those too
