What do you think about Rainies New Album 任意門?

I wrote a review of it on YesAsia but I guess I'll repeat some of what I said

I think this album is better than her last in terms of her voice. Her voice seemed to be intentionally cutesy-sounding, probably due to the popularity she gained by "acting cute" on TV shows and whatnot. So I'm thinking the record company was trying to capitalize on that. Her voice sounds more mature in this album (maybe with the exception of the song Ren Yi Men). Speaking of which, that seems to be the only song I don't like off this album. The slow songs are good, as always, ESPECIALLY Jue Jiang. That's my favorite track off this album for sure. As for fast songs, the only one that I truly like is Lang Lai Le. I think I'm just allergic to super cutesy things haha

I liked it more than her second album.
The song are catchy and nice. And she tried many new styles and voices which was cool!

I definitely liked this more than her 2nd album! This album has given me a reason on why I liked her since her debut album, I was praying that this album would be better than her 2nd, lol..

Well, I like this album, it's got fast and slow songs...more matured as well, no more cutesy songs except for maybe that one about love being of high calories (can't remember the lyrics?!) The songs were catchy without being annoying, so that was a thumbs up ^^ Her voice has improved too I think.

i agree that she sounds far more mature and her voice has improved loads.

I was surprised at her improvement on her singing! I found her ren yi men songs to be heaps more steady than her previous songs.
