I was just wondering which girl group most people liked the best. They all have 9 members, if not more, that's why I was just wondering out of those 3 BIG girl groups which is your favorite.

Hei Se Hui Mei Mei is from China-Taiwan



So Nyeo Shi Dae is from Korea



Morning Musume from Japan

Umm.....peronally...these big girl groups bug me. I like the smaller ones cause they show one's talents more. ....Like...having a girl sing one line in each song...doesn't really show their talents that much...

But I haven't heard of the Chinese one b4...so yeah....I would pick SNSD over Morning Musume....mainly because I think Morning Musume is a bit overrated.

agreed. in these big girl groups, some are bound to not have as much lines, it doesnt really show how they are a great singer and such. besides for hei se hui mei mei (i've never heard their songs) i think both snsd and morning musume are overrated. a few from the group can actually sing, but the rest cant. but then they have only one or two lines so i guess it doesn't really matter.

I like Morning Musume and the groups/artists from Hello!Project. =]
I've never heard of the Taiwanese group... but I'll check them out.
SNSD is just OK. They sing well though.

edit - I just looked at some of the MVs from Hei Se Hui Mei Mei and they don't interest me at all. And honestly, they're a bit annoying... voices, concept, etc...

morning musume is ok

I chose Morning Musume. They've been around for a long time, and I've been following their music (and musicals and other stuff too) so I know they're talented. The first time I saw them in a musical, it just wow-ed me. As for their music, aside from the fun songs, they also have wonderful ballads and mature upbeat pop. So can pretty much sing different kinds of songs.

SNSD - they're fairly new, even though they have good songs and they're talented, but Im not THAT into their music.

Hei Se Hui Mei Mei - I've never heard of this group, so obviously, I cant vote for them lol.

i chose SNSD because I like their music best. I never really listened to Morning Musume but I didn't hate them or w.e, i just didnt listen to them or whatever but yea i looked up hei se hui mei mei and they look a little too old to be trying to act that cutesy. Morning Musume actually sings ballads and stuff and SNSD hasn't sung any cutesy songs like hei se hui mei mei

heisehuimeimei irritates the hell out of me. the voice, the style, the concept.
all my frds whom likes them shuts up whenever im around cus i jus couldnt stand the group at all.
i dun follow much japanese stuffs so i cant compare snsd and MM. =\

morning musume~ snsd is good, but they're still new and only have 3 songs which are just ok, nothing special.
they're better singers then momusu, but morning musume have better songs, imo. :]] plus they're not bad singers too.

I'm between SNSD and MM. I've been a fan of MM for longer though x)

So Nyeo Shi Dae!! Really talented and pretty girls. Morning Musume annoy the heck out of me, and from the comments about the Chinese group, I don't even wanna go there. Taeyeon, Tiffany, Jessica, Sunny, Hyoyeon, Yuri, Sooyoung, Yoona, Seohyun hwaiting~~!!

Not really a fair poll since this IS a Korean based forum so it would only be a surprise if one of the non-Korean groups win right?
imo if this poll were in a Japanese or Chinese forum then the group of that same base would have a better chance.

Like others that replied I don't listen to all three so my vote would go for the group that I've been a fan of longer and that'd be MM.
I like both MM and SNSD but MM's been around longer so in terms of work they have more out there, radio sessions, movies, musicals, tv shows, dramas, over 16mil in sales within Japan alone. Since I haven't known SNSD long enough I vote for MM. But SNSD is definitely talented, so I look forward to more of their work in the future. I've never heard of Hei Se Hui Mei Mei, so no comment.

hmmm Im a big fan of MM myself but I got to Admit that for talents SNSD way much better esp on singing and dancing
But MM is soooo cute I love the 1st gen-6th gen only after that SORRY!!! Tsunku only pick the gals based on looks, Im not trying to be bias but Im just telling the facts and Im sure MM fans also knows bout this

Ai-chan and Mikitty are the only gals that actually can sing,now Mikitty gone coz of her stupid action (still cant forgive her for being selfish hiks hiks T___T ),but I admired their energy on the stage^^ their soooo full of energy singing like more than 20 songs hahahaha

i think if its based on singing ability i would vote for snsd
