Obviously I'm proud of Charice. That girl definitely has talent and i'm sure there's still room for more improvements. But thinking that she'd be better from how she is now just gives me the chills somehow. Charice has been one of my fave's ever since her little big star days.

OMG. I did not even know she has a forum here. lol. I am happy to know that fact. I usually check the latest about her in YT and her other fansites. I actually support this girl. Cuz you see her or hear about her around and she's just a very simple girl but yet she's doing things most 16 year old girls haven't done yet. And she's like booming with greater opportunities now!
If you didn't know she sponsors 7 poor kids for their educational fees and supplies. In other words she pays for their fees just for them to go to school. She has the time to give back even while her career is going good.

Charice packs a wallop like Whitney and Celine, says David Foster
Legendary producer and songwriter David Foster was recently interviewed on-air by Van McNeil of radio station 99.1 WMYX based out of Milwaukee, WI. McNeil asked the producer about Hitman, the latter’s new autobiographical book and CD/DVD, as well as his thoughts on his new protégé, Charice.
David Foster said that Charice “packs a wallop” like he hasn’t seen since Whitney and Celine and calls her “spellbinding.” He also added that the young star’s album would most likely be out by the beginning of November. They wanted to take their time as they didn’t want to create a good album but a great one. As Foster will be working with other producers to make it a multiple genre album, the style that they would be shooting for would be a “combination of Britney and Celine” to appeal across a wide spectrum of listeners.

You know, a lot of people are gonna get there anyway, and I believe that Charice is one of those who will get there anyway ’cause she’s that talented. But when you have someone like Oprah on the team, and hopefully I can add to the mix too, it just kinda shortcuts the whole thing. And I really believe when we get the album finished and it comes out… people just want to see her.

She said in her interview after the event at the after oscar party that Paris Hilton came up to her and asked to take a picture of them together. Which made Charice very surprised because Charice believed that she should have been the one asking Paris for a picture instead. Paris also said that she's cute and looks like a doll key chain that she can take home.
Charice also saw the Jonas Brothers. And that she said Nick the youngest one was the nicest one out of all the three because he came up to her and introduced himself and even shaked her hand.

let me start... i think the song is good but not spectacular. i'm not sure if that would be catchy enough to get and keep the attention of the American public. but i love the lyrics/message of the song. it's very appropriate for someone her age... that's why i think david foster chose the said song. she definitely needs to grow up fast. she's just so young and everything about her screams "she's so young." but that doesn't mean i want her to suddenly act all slutty and sexy. i don't know... she's in the process of growing up, and that's not her fault...
