There's someone on ebay who is selling custom made wings like that, they're beautiful.

The seller's name is eproductsales. They also do smaller ones for dollfie which go at around US$120 and more.

They DO make their own costume, if not entirely handmade =P I know that Korosuke and You [D'espairsRay cosplayers] sew their own clothes and style their wigs ^^

Never underestimate the cosplayers! XD

Oh Oh!! Today.. I saw a "shop" where they specialize in making costumes.. shoes.. wings.. anything.. hahaha.. but it was hella expensive.. I was planning to have them make me platform doll shoes.. but it cost way too much. >.< TT.TT

About the Usagi Kou person. I don't like her costumes. I think the're hideous. they're so...so...funny looking. I dont know, maybe its just me. But Nothing against her, i try not to judge people without actually knowing them but it seems that many people dont like her. I wonder why...theres not actually proof of her doing this is there? I mean, you cant just go around saying whatever if you have nothing to back it up. If anyone has proof of her and all her evilness, i would love to see it. I really would.
