It looks like this theme park place in Kyoto that I have been to. It's made to look like ancient Japan, there are tons of cosplayers there, most of them dress as Samurai and Geisha's and actually work there, they basically walk around for tourists to take pictures with. There are also cosplayers of other things too that just go there, just because. They also have a theater where you can watch people act out old samurai movies, quite amusing

What type hair product they use for their hairstyles?....usually gel..mousse or whatever makes the hair look wet and sticky but their hair looks dry and yeah.
