Anyway, I want to just throw some stuff together for halloween and I wanted to wear a fake lipring with the chain...but no clue where to get one...any advice?

You mean like Shin ? Well.. where would the chain attach to? Your ear? If you have your ear pierced, just take a chain or modify a necklace's chain and put one side on your ear and you can buy a fake lipring or something and put the chain on the other end. Or get your lip pierced : D.

how come the Reira cosplayers always have pink hair? did it mention that somewhere in the manga?

In the colored pictures, Ai gives Reira pink hair. =)
