I forgot to reply to the other comments on my previous post of my other noctis costume test a several pages back, and a lot of you guys asked me where I got my wig. I got it from ebay but I styled it/cut it on my own since the original was plain.

It's actually a really good quality wig since it looks very natural and real in real life.

Dax: It's a wig haha. I wish my natural hair was like that, but that would seriously kill my hair. Thanks!

So I was wondering, how much money/time do you guys usually spend for doing cosplays?
I heard that some people can spend over $500, and I was like ∑(OДO ) "That's a lot of money!" I don't even own anything that costs that much, except for my computer. (/)д(\)

^ Usually for me I end up spending more than $100 or alittle over that for my cosplays. I had to spend almost over $250 for my noctis one, but my parents think cosplaying is such a waste of money and is stupid haha.

yeah I think they have some...I think I know this one girl who does that. I think her name is Alysa? (?) correct me if im wrong, but it's that one that looks like a little kid in most of her cosplay photos and she cosplays alot of other characters. o__o I have no clue if she does it for money or not. I just know she's pretty famous and i see her photos everywhere.

I have a question! This will be my first time cosplaying and it's going to be a bunch of male characters so I was wondering if anyone knows what I can wear to make my chest look a bit flatter? ^^ Probably nothing but I just thought I should just ask anyways.

Well hey everyone , love this thread , gave me the courage of starting to cosplay , here in Portugal cosplay is rather a new thing , and its still lets say very unprofessional etc :x . I really want to start moving with this ideia of mine = ) .

hmmm I don't really know what kind of advice to give you but all I can say is have fun with it and do alot of research and studying on the character you want to cosplay. WORK ON YOUR POSES for taking pictures lol! Maybe look at other cosplayers for inspiration.

I just think that it's so much funner when you have a group of people who loves cosplaying just as much as you.
