Hey ... i guess they pushed back the date to release the vcd & dvd ...

so far i know Poppy just bought his car ... and the other members dont have one yet ..

No they dont have their own house .. they are only 17-19 ... they still live with their parents and probably won't move out anytime soon

the Korea-Thailand Concert never happened .. it keeps being postponed and i think they just cancelled it all together

K-OTIC is pushing their bodies to the limit and are now feeling the effects of working too much and little rest ...

Koen was rushed to the hospital on the 26th of June for food poisoning. He threw up anything he ate and stayed at the hospital to get better. I heard he went home the next day and his condition was better but still pretty bad since he wasn't at the recent concert at Central this past weekend.

Kenta went to the hospital on the 29th of June. From what the fan said who talked to Kenta's mom when they were waiting for K-OTIC's flight to come in, Kenta was vomiting everything he ate on the 28th and was pretty sick with a fever and when he got off the plane and saw his mom he walked towards her and when he got to her he said "Mom take me to the hospital, i don't think i can take it any longer" and the fan said that he looked really pale and everything. He still had the energy to take pics for his fans that waited 3-4 hours for him at the airport...



Tomo from what i heard from his fans at his board he is pretty beat up to ... his stomach hurts and is getting pretty sick as well ...


Poppy & Jongbae seem to be fine for now ... Poppy's fans said that he looked a little frustrated when they saw him at the airport and that he was on the phone a lot too ...

oh and Poppy said that the new album is coming out soon

What are they eating? most of them are getting food poisoning...Will I hope everyone get better soon and watch out what they are eating next time...Can't wait to hear and see the boys in their new album...

EDIT on Koen's Condition

Koen wrote a message in KFL and apparently Koen's condition is more severe then i thought, he missed the Phuket Fashion Week Concert on the 27th and he had 7 stitches total and they scanned his head and x-rayed him ... he said he's pretty scared right now....

What did the boys eat >.<".
Hope they get better soon.

Koen & Kanom Jean selling cakes

These pics are a couple of days old Koen & Kanom Jean are getting together to sell baked goods that they have baked themselves. They had their first bake sale on the 26th i think at RS in front of Chetchosuk(no clue how to spell the name correctly) building 2. Since it was the first bake sale they only made 75 chocolate cakes. And they are planning to sell other baked good in the future.

The news about the boys' health issues is really bleh. They seriously haven't really had that much of a break since Blacklist was released last year in the fall (I think?) and now they're pushing forward with a new album again along still having concerts and events to attend. It's now wonder they're almost all getting sick. I really hope RS at least gives them somewhat of a break real soon. I know they're sending all the Kami kids on vacation to Hong Kong at the end of July, but still that's only a couple of days. These boys need a lot more than that considering the amount of work they've been doing for the entire year.

K-OTIC was chosen my Student Weekly Magazine as one of the Top Music Makers - Groups in Thailand ... here is the small article ...

With Korean and Japanese trends still sweeping Thailand, it's not surprising that a boy band was created with a mix of Korean, Japanese and Thai members. K-OTIC consists of Thais Koen and Poppy, half Japanese guys Tomo and Kenta and a Korean named Jongbae.

The formula was a big success right from the release of their first album in 2007. Apart from their intriguing mix of members, K-OTIC caught the attention of pop fans with their vigorous dance routines, catchy ballads and vibrant sense of humour. The guys are also great entertainers.

In 2008, K-OTIC were nominated for the MTV Favorite Artist Thailand award. Their latest album, Blacklist, was a big hit, and the band continues to perform around the country. You might also catch them advertising sports drinks on TV.

i wonder how come Jong Bae never get to sing in thai.
or maybe i dont listen too much to them.
but i always hear him sing korean,
im sure a lot of thais dont know korean.
i know they put it in the song to draw fans, but still.

compare to Nickhun who has been in korea, he knows korean and gets to sing it.

i think RS should let Jong Bae rap in thai too.
i think RS rely too much on the 'korean craze' that it shadows their artists sometimes.

i like Kotic too, but i feel like, they're being held behind.
i can't explain it but i think that way.

Jongbae has a solo song where he sings the entire song in Thai ... he has Thai lines in songs but people dont think that its him singing it

and they are working on their 3rd album right now and from what Koen said they all are getting solo songs on the album ..

JONGBAE, thai singing voice blend in with the other members...I didn't notices his Thai voice at first too but after listen to his Thai song and hearing him speaking in tv show they go to I started to notice his voice from the other members.
