^Hizumi's vocals and their lives sound almost exactly like the album. That's skill right there. Hizumi is so dam sexy live.

And yea Coll:set is my favorite release of D'espa. The whole album is awesome.

Oh, tell me about it...I'm not myself if I have less than eight hours of sleep.

I have the album on my mp3-player so I can listen to it when I'm on my way to university or someplace else. So I always have them with me.



Hizumi's voice is really unique...although he sometimes reminds me of other singers, but he's always recognizable. And from what I know Despa are a real blast live.



Argh...yeah, he's goddamn sexy. Two days to go...*nervous* I'm curious what the're going to play at the concert. I have my fav songs and I'm pretty sure the're gonna play those. *yay*

i wonder how the concert went...

Guys...I'm back. Well...almost...I'm gonna meet the guys from Despa one laast time on wednesday.

The concerts were...awesome. Save for the fact that some bit*** kicked me in the leg repeatedly and they had to pull me out in the end at the concert in Hamburg. My knee is still sore, I hope it's nothing serious...if it is, I'm gonna find her and kill her. She almost ruined my birthday-trip!

Kopenhagen was boring...but the concert was friggin AWESOME! they all looked SOOOOOO good and they played all my fav songs. And they definitely recognized us in Kopenhagen, Tsukasa smiled and waved at us when he came on stage, Hizumi smiled as well and Zero smiled at us repeatedly.

And I met Zero and Karyu after the concert in Kopenhagen, we were waiting for them at the bus...and they came out for a smoke shortly after the bell stroke midnight and my freind and some of the other fans had sung "happy birthday" for me. I felt so special...but that wasn't the best. As I said, Zero and Karyu came out and lighted cigarettes and started talking to fans. So I told them I had come from Germany to see them and to celebrate my birthday. Then Karyu smiled at me and said "Omedetou" (meaning "congratulation")...and he wrote that into my photobook as well when he signed it.

And then...after I had my book back...HE HUGGED ME!!!

Still so excited about it..and boy is Karyu TALL! He's even taller than me...he must be about 1,87m tall!

I'll write more when I'm back from the doctors...want him to look at my knee to see if it's alright.

Thanks, I just returned from the doctor...he said I can't do much bit put salve on it and hope it heals...worst case scenario would be operation, but I don't trhink it's gonna come that far.

And yeah...he hugged me...I really didn't want to let go. And he has such a beautiful smile...what he does on stage is NOTHING compared to his true smile...it's...*sigh* beyond words.

I haven't pre-ordered it yet...I'm completely broke and will have to lend money from my mother so I can go to Berlin on wednesday to see them one last time before they return to Japan.

I would have loved to show you pictures...at least the group-pic I got with Hizumi and Tsukasa after the interview...but I'm not allowed to. The mamagement is very strict about that...I had to promise not to show any pictures around or post them anywhere...sorry for that.

Im back...and tired as hell. Guess I'll get some sleep now and later I'll scan in a few goodies and tell you all about Berlin.

They're probably on the plane back to Tokyo now... *sighs*

Hm...guys, where are all of you?

Okay, as I promised, I'll tell you all about the meet&greet in Berlin now.

We got there early around 10 a.m. and our first way brought us to McDonalds for something to eat. It's a tradition really...after that we locked in my friend's travelbag and went to the Neotokyo-shop where it all would take place. When we arrived there, the shop was empty save for one or two customers, so we had time to talk to the staff. Our friends from the tour (those who had done the merchandise-stand) weren't there, one of them came in while we were in the shop. He told us about the final concert in Helsinki and that they had a little celebration afterwards...*sighs* I would have loved to be there with them.

Then we went to do some shopping...I found a little silver pendant that I bought to give it to Karyu as a gift. Then we went back to Neotokyo...it was still an hour until the meet&greet would begin and there was already a crowd of more than 100 people! But we were lucky...we came in about halfway through, in the end it must have been more that 200 people...I wonder if they all got in in time.

So we bought our photosets and went to see the band. The first was Tsukasa and as I handed him the picture, he looked at me and asked something, but it was so loud around us that I didn't understand him. So I asked him to say it again...he asked only one word: "Rajio?" It took a while until I understood...he recognized me as the girl from the "Daigaku rajio" (university radio) who did the interview! I nodded and said "Hai!" and he smiled broadly at me, took my hand and shook it.

Then came Zero. He only glanced at me, took the picture and signed it...when he handed it to me and shook my hand I took a clodser look at thim, he looked really tired. Seems the fangirls really got on his nerves with their behaviour. And I understand him perfectly...with their high-pitched screams they got on my nerves as well. But he was on the receiving end, so it must have been even more stressing for him. Seems, he has the most fans here.

The next one was Hizumi. He smiled warmly at me and I'm sure he recognized me as well, but we didn't talk. He signed the pic, handed it back to me and shook my hand.

Saving the best for last (at least for me ) the last one to come was Karyu. I handed the picture to him and he seemed to ponder over the question where he knew me from..seems he had forgotten about the birthday-thing in Kopenhagen. But I forgive him, because what came next was so adoringly cute. He handed me the picture back after signing it and I took the chance and handed the necklace to him, saing "For you." He stared at it, then he said: "Oooohhhh, arigatou!" and gave me his most dazzling smile while he took my hand and shook it firmly. For a short moment I looked into his eyes and was mesmerized...he wore green contacts and it looked SO amazing!

Then it was over, I was pushed aside. One of my friends from the shop (I think you copuld call them friends now after the tour) smiled at me and said: "Another successful moment, hm?" I could just nod, it seems I had forgotten how to speak.

The rest of the evening was uneventful...both I and my friend were deep in thought and barely talked on our way back to Hamburg. And today in the train back to my hometown I started to cry when I thought "Now thy're in the plane back to Tokyo..."

So a week full of adventures ended today...and it will be quite some time, until I'm able to see Despa again...if they play at the Wacken-festival again in 2007, that is. If they come on tour in winter again, I'll be missing them because then I'll probably be in Kyoto already. Ironic, isn't it?

^aW you got to meet then and get their autographs! That's more than what many fans will be able to do.
You're lucky that you got to see them so many times in one week! lol.

Helsinki was the final concert...funny how Hizumi wore his other outfit there, seems he had two stage-outfits and wore them alternately...the two shows I saw (Hamburg and Kopenhagen) he wore the same outfit...but now I remembner there was one show inbetween those (Glauchau). So it makes sense, I guess.
