Hey guys!
I'm back home...finally. Although I'm a little sad...I would have loved to see Despa one last time at Ruisrock...but oh well.
@Tuska: Kat is right, I was standing first row, right in front of Karyu

The show was awesome, although it was only a short set with songs from Mirror, bur they were really energetig and bouncing. At some point I started feeling weak (hadn't eaten all day) and had to go to the back. But I had a nice view from there. When they played Screen I felt tears rolling down my cheeks...it's the song I heard all the time when my mom was in intensive care. My best friend had press-acces and did alot of photos, I'll tell you as soon as she's updated our
myspace.
The autograph-signing beforehand was...funny. The first person I saw was Nora, the interpreter. I was really surprized to see her, as I thought she'd still be in the USA with Diru. She recognized me and said hi. Then she wanted to give me a pic to get signed, but I had other plans. I had something very special to get signed: my red cylinder.
First to sign was Zero. He hardly looked at me, but smiled. Then came Tsukasa. He practically grinned at me, he also recognized me from last winter. He signed the hat and then took my hand to shake it. Although it was pretty loud around (Blind Guardian were playing at that time), I managed to tell Tsu that we'd be in Stockholm also. He smiled and nodded.
Then came Karyu. He took the hat, grinning broadly. He signed it, then he took it...and PUT IT ON!!!!

Then he handed it back to me, taking my hand and holding it. He winked at me before I turned to Hizumi. Hizumi must have recognized me as well, he signed the hat, handed it to me and shook my hand. I looked to Karyu and he seemed to want to say something, but then I was pushed aside. *sighs*

my preciousssssssssssss...

The next day we took a plane over to Stockholm.
The Klubben is a nice location on the south island of Stockholm, not far from a huge bus-station (5 minutes walk). We came there early, because we wanted to see if we could get in before the others to take pics.
...
We couldn't. I had to call Gan-Shin twice to find out, that we weren't on the guest-list and were denied photo-access. I felt like crying (I actually did), but we didn't want to leave, so we decided to buy tickets and see the concert nonetheless. I met some people from last year's tour and we talked a little...when Nora suddenly appeared, talking to the fans and filming them. I was able to talk to her and tell her about our problems, but she couldn't do anything for us either...but the took messages and gifts with her.
We were still able to get tickets and we were lucky to stand third row...in front of Zero, because Sakura had aseked me to stand on his side. The guys came on stage a little late...but as soon as Damned started, everybody started pushing. We were squeezed into second row...not that we minded. ^^
I don't recall every song, but from the old songs they played Infection, Forbidden, Reddish and maybe one more, but it's wiped from my memory, as that was at the time someone suddenly grabbed me from behind and yanked. Hard. I fell to the floor, but luckily hands were there to help me up. I went out of the crowd for a while, but went back in when they played Screen. I couldn't help but cry again...and for a moment Hizumi looked at me...right when a single tear rolled down my cheek. He looked touched...I still want to write the guys a letter to explain.
Hollow was awesome...he asked us to sing along, and we did, same with Closer to ideal.
Karyu and Zero switched positions three or four times and at one point Karyu saw me and pointed at me, grinning. I wore the cylinder and he must have spotted it in the crowd

.
When they played Kaleidoscope, I went to the bar to get something to drink...I was drained. I went outside to have a chat with the guy from the merchandise-stand. I went back inside for the encore...and then it was over. I went to the side of the stage, sad that we hadn't cought anything...whe I spotted something white on Zero's micstand. It was one of his bass-pics! I asked the technician to give it to me and he did. I gave it to Sakura and she almost glomped me, hugging me tightly.
We went outside then, wantigt to see Despa off. Around midnight they left in four taxis.
*sighs* It was awesome and I still hope they will come back in winter for a few more concerts. Sakura will be at the anniversary-gig in Shibuya on September 9th. Lucky her...she got one of the special tickets.
