i just had my beep test yesterday in P.E class and i've gotten 4¹/₂ on my first time ever. truth is , i thought i'd only make it to 2, or something . it was actually quite fun. so what'd you get on all your tries?

From what I remember, the highest I've ever gotten was around 7 or 7.2?
And I just gave up because I didn't feel like expending more energy hahah

^ for the people who wanna know - heres an overview

basically, you run back and forth (approx 20 metres?) - like, just running

and the radio counts you along - as in, 1 - 1.1 - 1.2 etc etc

each lap decreases in how much time you have to run for to complete the lap

you see how long you can go for really

ehh i think my highest was 7.2 or something - the highest in my class was 14

.. which translates to about 100 laps in my school gym ><
