Er. What's to stop Gackt from wearing contacts out it public too?
I mean, I also heard somewhere that Gackt is not 100% Japanese. Even if one parent had blue eyes, he'd STILL have brown eyes no matter what 'cos brown is the dominant gene.
As for his poor eyesight, I have no idea. I wouldn't be surprised, just because that's not too big a deal.

... you know, Gackt being chauvinistic, of course Japan is known as being somewhat of a chauvinistic society *pleasedonthitmedearjapanesefriends* but I do think that Gackt could give a better example as a famous artist, you know, as a role model and such, I feel like saying women should be quiet and such could give the wrong impression to some people even if he shouldn´t always mean it that way ... I know he doesn´t really mean it that way but he keeps repeating it and in fact this I find a little annoying... although in the same sense I find amusing that he said he´s afraid of women... It does of course fit the picture that he probably feels uncomfortable in dealing with women rather than wanting to dominate them
