So....are you saying that its ok to have plastic surgery as long as it looks natural???
What are the odds of achieving that result, considering the risks in surgery....it's not like ppl who wanted plastic surgery said 'please make me look natural' and they automatically achieve that result...everyone (except for a few) want to look natural, but it doesn't always work out that way.
A person looks natural (after surgery) if they had:
1. a good/qualified doctor;
2. chosen minor alterations (minor may still look 'unnatural - u don't need a lotta surgery to look 'unnatural' - just the wrong tweak will do it); AND
3. A LOTTA LUCK ON YOUR SIDE
Ayumi looks 'natural' (or not, according to whoever) as a result of variable factors (incl. luck) - its not anyone's fault if the surgery turns out 'unnatural'...
You might not care about plastic surgery, but there's ppl dying not because of natural disasters or things out of their control, but because they chose to take a risky option and in the name of vanity...but that's ok...as long as we all die beautiful...
you said it! i like it how yu say it without demoralizing the opposite side (those not so much onto the risks but more on the results that turned out good looking)
but this is a very positive awareness.. i hope more females think about it with more emphasis to this because i think we're more likely to want to look attractive
don't forget, there's more to just a pretty face!

i think that's why it's unfortunate that she's usually the poster grl for plastic surgery
to me, she's pretty good at taking care of what's she's got and working with it..
