Now with CJ7 coming to theaters, which I am not sure how U.S Viewers will take to it, I am kinda iffy
about Dragonball Z and the Karate Kid re-make. I don't know how good these can be... I really don't know what to think lol
I know alot of people I have talked to think that Stephen Chow's US films won't be that good. what do you guys think??

are they remaking the karate kid w/ will smith's kid?
*sighs*
Why can't they make something new. The "original" karate kid was decent enough.

I'm a big Stephen Chow fan so I might be a little biased in my opinion, but I'm actually a little excited about his new US films. Of course some won't do well but you never know, i.e. Shaolin Soccer. The plot sounded so ordinary when I first heard it but when I actually watched the movie, I was deeply impressed. In any case, it's always good then to wait for a movie with low expectations so that you won't ever get disappointed.

just saw the CJ7 trailer on youtube and I'm wondering how long after the HK release will the movie come out in US theaters (unless it is an American movie in the first place)? Haven't been watching a lot HK movies lately, so I really don't know how old the trailer for CJ7 is; was a little surprised by the english narration.
anyways I'm always excited to see anything new from Stephen Chow

Shaolin Soccer was a crack up XD
But I was disappointed with Kung Fu Hustle...
So I'm kind of in the middle with this one. I'll have to watch the movies to see how I feel about them.

I am still in my "are they REALLY making a Dragonball movie?!?! faze, and I would go see CJ7, but I am not sure about karate kid... I am not a big fan of Re-makes, unless there like The Thing where they take the concept and turn it into there own thing.
