Gah! It sucks that I have to purchase 4 seats for Garden Box to get it! I tried with 2 and it won't let me but when i put 4 it said those seats were available... seesh! I'm too poor for that!
Anyone who needs to purchase 2 Garden Box seats want to team up to get the 4 Garden Box seat? Haha. I only need 2.
EDIT// No, I didn't purchase any tickets yet.

Let's not bash on The Korea Times, because seriously imagine the people working there...
Thousands of fangirls calling ALL trying to get the same seats...
The girls calling are all pissed off because the phone lines were busy,
The workers are trying to help you as best they can...
Even if they did it with reservations, if they said reservations start Jan 21 @ 10am
the lines would still be busy because everyone would be trying to reserve their seats so that they don't get on the waiting list...
The only problem with having to buy the tickets right away is that people are buying more than they need since seats like garden box and terrance box has a minimum seat number for each box...

It's not buying early that I have a problem with, really. It's the website and how it doesn't work for some people, like me. I've tried several times, clicking select, select, and then being taken to an empty cart with no check out button. It was really frustrating. If they got the website working better, I think there would be less complaints.

Credit Card Security Code --
OH to clarify for people, I saw some people a little confused...
VISA AND MASTERCARD -- its the last 3 digits on the back, where you sign for your signature
AMERICAN EXPRESS -- its 4 digits and its on the front of the card, in smaller font either in front or at the end of the actual card number

What is there to do in LA??? LOL

what is the chance that the artists will be staying at the Wilshire again? Like for all the past previous years, is that where they've been staying?

OK, just some thoughts on this.
I think this is the Korea Time's first year, to let us buy online. (Remember calling and calling and calling last year??) It ain't perfect, but it is better. Let's give them credit They sell newspapers, not tickets! (Yes I had a very hard time, and got so-so seats (GB822)) But it is a lot better than last year.
About public transport: We came down from the Bay Area, last year, and used the Metro. Do NOT do this. On the way back to the hotel, I seriously thought we were going to be killed. (Not kidding!) Don't use the subway. There really isn't much bus service close, either. LA isn't very public transit friendly. Maybe we can get a "carpool" thread going, here in Soompi?
There is a Best Western hotel on Highland that is almost in the parking lot of the HB. This saves you having to mess with traffic, and parking. The rates as of yesterday were $139.00--list (meaning a well placed finagle will get them for less)
For those of you looking to buy one or two tickets. Don't worry! You will find them surfacing, either here at Soompi, or on Ebay, or Stubhub.com sort of on-line places. Stay calm, and keep looking. You've got four months. Unless you wait until the week before, I suggest you can get them for face value. Just use common sense. there is a LOT of fraud on these places. Ask questions, like "why are you selling?" If the answers don't make sense, talk to someone else. There are 18,000 tickets for this event, they aren't rare.
What artists are going to be there this year?? WHO CARES??!! This is such a fantastic event, it really doesn't matter.
See you there!!

I took the metro after the concert and it went perfectly fine. Unless you don't know how to ride buses or the subway [my first time on the latter there and omg fun 8D] then you might not want to do it.
BUT if you have rode a bus before, and you know the route you'll be taking, it's perfectly fine. There are about 35734963 people coming out of the concert so it isn't a matter of there not being people, plus its 11 PMish on a saturday night in LA, that means the bus has a number of people on it so you don't have to worry about some random crazy being on there alone with you.
Just be sure to know what you are doing, and check the maps to and from your hotel and print out before leaving for the concert trip. :3

Yeah. The majority of the hotels require you to be 21 to book the rooms.
I believe that if you get someone 21 to go in there ahead of time to let the Reception people know
that he/she is booking the room for like their relatives & what not .. & pay for it in advance or put a deposit down.
That's what my boyfriend did for me when I had to book a room when I was up in San Diego.
